Just downloaded, went to find suggestions for my next trip and 3 out of 3 cities I searched didn't have suggestions. Deleting app

iplanai does not function very well on an ipad. one cant remove suggestions to get a better listing of recommendations. Cant delete a suggested trip itinerary. As a senior citizen who said no interest in entertainment, several tries and a leading item in the itinerary was an amusement park. i paid for this and got better suggestions off ChatGPT. Waste of money

Make sure they have the location you are going to before you download. I was planning a trip to Sicily and they don’t have it in the list.

iplanai is really hard and useless. I need some customization. Save button on iOS is almost impossible. I can not add activities to the desired time because it collides with others. One example, I have an activity set for 5 hours (this time was added automatically) because I can not update duration even it it says “success”. I can not add activity because time match with the 5 hours one.

I would like my money back

The features are very limited and little customizations. After trying many different options to generate the same trip, they are 99% same. It’s very disappointing honestly. I understand the the resources need to get paid but simply don’t worth it while lots of small destinations are still unavailable. You possibly get better results from ChatGPT or Gemini for free. Truly don’t recommend it unless there are core updates, otherwise wouldn’t waste money again or time for now.

iplanai has major problems. I purchased one month to try it out and that was a mistake. Instead of NorthCarolina, it gave me Houston. I would like my money back. I used it for 15 mins. and got entirely frustrated with all the inaccurate locations.

I was led to think iplanai would help me choose a destination, but you already need to know your destination, and your dates before you can even begin to search. No help at all.

A very cool concept for an app but it wasn’t working for me. I was trying to plan a 10 day trip to Denver with normal spending and a variety of interest. All iplanai showed me was a few dinky, city parks and a cowboy museum…for Denver, Colorado. Every time I tried to proceed iplanai encountered an error and then I couldn’t proceed.

They ruined iplanai after obliging you to pay even though last weeks there were some major cities for free and now u need to pay

Makes you pay $5 before you can even use it and generated “error status 500” every single time i tried to create an itinerary. Waste of almost $5 for literally nothing.

When I click on the images I am unable to close it. The X on the top right shows but does nothing. I have to close iplanai and start again.

I think iplanai is great… perfect for travel and it really is super well designed but there are still many countries and cities to add 😭

iplanai is good, I’ve paid the yearly subscription; it has room for a lot of improvements; customer service? Doesn’t exist!!! I’ve sent SEVERAL messages along 3 weeks with no response 🤦🏻‍♂️

I’ve check the communications and email a lot of times and they definitely never replied or answer my requests…🤷🏻‍♂️🙄

Stuck on 100% loading screen. Killed iplanai and the generated results were there.

When I scroll down on my planned day, it sends me to the previous days plan. Did this for not all but multiple days . Keeps sending me to the previous day so I can’t see what is planned towards the end of some days.

I was planning a trip to San Francisco and wanted some good recommendations for my trip with my spouse. iplanai asks you detailed questions about what you are looking for but when given the results, it doesn’t seem like it accurately recommends based on your selections. When adjusting my selections, it gave me the exact same itinerary. It’s unfortunate that I had to pay for this experience but at least it was only around $4.

I just downloaded it for my coming trip to Honolulu in Hawai’i. Not in iplanai yet, even though it’s one of the top vacation spots in the world. I tried México city, the largest megalopolis in the western hemisphere and it is not there either. It’s several months or years from being useful. Three stars because the concept is great but it lacks content.

I used this to try and plan a family trip to Honolulu; however the content it gives despite changing parameters is very subpar. I would like for iplanai to regenerate other items if you delete from the itinerary. It’s a cool concept but still lacks in execution. Got frustrated with iplanai and deleted it. It makes you pay $4 to use it; not much but still disappointed with it.

I like the idea, I think if there is an option to choose restaurants and meal break location by our taste and wishes it could be better. For example i can check what kind of foods and restaurants i like to try and iplanai could offer them between programs. Or if there is a restaurant with high ranking in nearby of our visiting locations it could be suggested by app. And also if there is an option to choose type of shopping mall and location of we prefer modern locations or traditional shopping spot, or type of stuffs we are looking to buy, for example if i give a high score to shopping app ask me what i want to shop, suits or sport clothes and by my prefer it could give better options.
