If I were you guys, I would not use Air. There’s no good customer service no good transparency their rules stupid if you book something and you have to cancel, you have to pay to cancel and then you still don’t get the remainder of your money back even if it’s been five days since you booked the ticket if all of you guys, I would just pay for the ticket full price and leads up. It’s just a waste of time.

Prices are out of this world expensive. Tested multiple location and boy they will rip your socks off with prices. You are better off booking with airliner direct than with this people. Skip this if you like your wallet.

I was trying to book a flight
I had a family emergency I was going to pay it in full with my payment but it would not let me I’m so disappointed

They will change your email and number and put in their own personalized email and number. And will receive your personal information for you and will give you the hardest time if you have an issue with rescheduling or canceling a flight by not sharing your emails with you.
My emails were sent from their third party booking partner to them and they did not send it to me until I asked for it on numerous occasions. It had important information regarding a flight cancellation. Just be careful if you have any rescheduling concerns or flight cancellations. Don’t let them hide your information and cause you to pay more money than necessary.

Horrible installment plans, and no refunds! They will keep your money when you cancel.

Have tried to use Air on multiple occasions (in fact, got so frustrated I deleted at one point) but never have any luck.

I either can’t log in or I can’t even type in the location. So for that reason haven’t been able to even use Air , ever.

Can not log in to make a payment.

Great service but not so much with Air . Impossible to log in. Which makes it basically useless.

I am unable to see my trip or even make a payment via Air . I literally had to log onto the website to do both. Idk if this is due to the update completed today or not but could someone please look into this.

I recommend Airfordable to who ever will listen. I used Airfordable to fly from Dallas TX to ARUBA !! It was my first international trip and the ease of booking was flawless. Only thing is that i keep having to log back in 💀besides that, my favorite travel app.

I love Air and what you all do. But it is extremely difficult for me to log in. Please fix this bug on Air .

I never have any issues finding cheap affordable flights last minute with Airfordable. As a travel nurse sometimes I need to pick up and go within 3-4 weeks. I’m able to plan that and find my flight with ease and not worry. It’s just one thing off my mind, I pay my upfront fee and the auto payments do the rest and my ticket is available in my wallet. Super easy! Never an issue at the airport either, quick in and out! The only delay is TSA! 😩

I have booked two round trip domestic flights so far with Air and the entire process was seamless and straightforward. However; the best part is the referral program! I posted my referral link on Instagram and so far I have earned $1100 in credits. I know this review probably sounds cheesy, but I’m not an ambassador, I wasn’t compensated for this review; I’m just a satisfied user. I’m a single mom and Air has been so incredibly helpful! Love Air and will always use it! If you want to book a flight but pay in payments this is Air ! Easy and useful especially for last minute trips or even just low on funds at the moment

I travel frequently and have used Airfordable several times. It’s the best way to travel on a budget. Each time, it was easy and worked perfectly. We received our tickets right on time. We had a family emergency recently and had to cancel a flight and they refunded the money the airline refunded right away. Communication was quick!

I recently flew from Columbus, OH to the UK, and purchased my tickets through the Airfordable app. United had changed and canceled one of my flights without notifying me, and Airfordable was quick to fix it! Samantha, the customer service rep I spoke with, even told me the company comped the price difference of a different ticket since it was the airline’s error and not my own! I had a new flight booked within 3 hours.
If you can’t find a flight on the Airfordable app that you like, they even let you upload screenshots of specific flight details from any of the airlines they do business with, and book it for you with their financing prices!
Amazing app, makes a long distance relationship so much easier!
