Amazing - well through out

I am blown away with how simple and effective this app is. Easy to use timers set in predetermined intervals makes it easy to take brief chunks of time in the apps you want to reduce wasting time on, but also doesn’t make it burdensome to use them. Total time is also easily tracked. And the app just works. My only complaint is the expensive lifetime subscription. However, I can’t fault the developer as they have made a quality product.

This app is honestly such a great idea, so many people I know including me are stuck to our phones while we have so many other things we can do that actually benefit us in a healthy way, let’s break the phone addiction and get outside take our kids to the park get some sun and reconnect with nature.
