IQ Fiber Smart WiFi Reviews

It used to work fine, but then they did an upgrade and it no longer accepts my account credentials. I was forced to create a new login and it will not accept my router, stating my router is assigned to another account. If I have an outage, and believe me they happen just as often as Comcast, my only solution is to call because their website has always been worthless.

I downloaded when brightspeed told me this was an alternative to having control of WiFi because it doesn’t work on their fiber app only to get connected and the only thing is does is show me by WiFi is active and that devices are connected. Does nothing else advertised. No controlling who’s connected or parental anything.

I currently am trying to run a speed test and can’t even seem to open IQFiberSmartWiFi it crashes every time I open IQFiberSmartWiFi .

It’s been slow to many times it’s in and out some days it’s good fast other days it’s just like a turtle

The internet service is fine. But there are a few services that will get the job done. Where IQ Fiber really shines is customer service. So if you like speaking to a real person when you have a question and getting answers from someone who sounds like they live a couple of doors down instead of a couple of oceans over, Call IQ. Everyone is personable. IQFiberSmartWiFi is easy to use so you can manage everything in one place. Thank you IQ

Moved over to IQ fiber in September and glad we made the change.

Initially we had a few start up challenges to work through but to IQ fibers credit, everyone we interacted with was extremely helpful and made sure everything was taken care and worked perfectly.

Would highly recommend them.

When I login it says my router is not activated even though I’ve been using it for six months. When I try to re-sync it to my app it says it’s already synced to another account.

It’s very frustrating

I switched from Comcast 1 gig which was fine for downloads but could only give me 50 megs upload and I was paying $150 a month. With IQ Fiber I get 1 gig download and 1 gig upload which works flawlessly for only $85 a month.

Very happy with the Internet performance but the customer service is stellar! They set up everything in your house and check signal coverage throughout. All equipment and replacement equipment is free - no monthly rental fees!

This is the best internet service I have ever had. Fast and reliable. Quick and attentive customer service. IQ Fiber is every thing the Comcast is not.

Everything is fine. Just don’t understand the billing process.

My smart monitor on my computer gets me hundreds of programs at no cost. Thanks IQ.

After 30+years with Comcast and their high prices my wife and I finally cut the cord after the monthly rate hit 370.00. Thankfully IQ fiber had installed their wiring through out the neighborhood and after speaking with them we switched over. Learning to stream wasn’t as difficult as we thought ( we’re older). Truly was the best decision we made. Their technicians were great and made it easier
