These guys are not serious at all. For more than a month now these guys are supposed to refund my money to me after they have confirmed that they will refund it they never did. I have written several times and nothing. Suddenly they used an excuse to say my card was deleted and that is why it is delaying after waiting for more than 1 month. I suddenly understood that they won’t refund me again and I uninstalled the app on my phone. Please if your money is missing on this app then forget it!!!! They will not refund you!!!! I thought I could use this app, once more they are all the same people. I just thank God that they amount they have it’s not much.
Boring app

This app is really boring the kyc is taking a month then I can’t load more than 3000frs says the card is free but I put 1000 they ask another for me to be able to see my card and another 1000 again to just be browsing and it’s still pending and I can’t even use the account because m’y kyc for the second time it 3 weeks have not been able to be verified

Download this app at your own risk, in case of any payment error, they do nothing for a refund, even when your mobile agency refunds them the money they still find excuses not to give your money! How I wish they could band this app, is all a scam! If you can't do one, then do well to work on your refund policy and ability to solve issues!
