Hello, my name is Alanna. During the summer, I was logged out of my account. In September, I tried to log back in but was unable to. Although the email was recognised, the password I had always used was not and I was referred to a set-up quiz. I wonder if there's any possibility of accessing the account again? Thank you.

Im having technical problems in gizmo for months a. When im trying to log in my phone -- even a lot of attempts, it won't let me log in, soo im always using it on my laptop b. When im trying to change my email or password it won't allow me instead it will start bugging c. im having never ending loading screen in my deck cards e. now the "email" and "password" button in my setting is not clickable and the email and pass has gone and it won't appear I can't afford to lose my points and ranking in leaderboard, and i am expecting the bug will be fixed
I acccidently deleted my study notes that i worked so hard on and cant get them back and i need them for my exam tomorrorw

Of course this app starts giving me issues as soon as final exams are coming up. I’ve been trying to use the camera option to insert all of my notes and it keeps glitching and removing ALL OF MY PROGRESS. Says “something went wrong” and you can’t do anything but exit the app and re-enter it but then it deletes all your notes. I can’t even tell you how many times i’ve redone it over and over again and it’s so much information but i tried breaking it up into multiple decks as well and it keeps glitching out. I thought it was a wifi issue but it’s not. Then it said I couldn’t take any more pictures unless I got a plan and so I did that and even after that it’s been giving me the same issues so I literally just payed $51 FOR THIS CRAPPY APP AND I CANT GET MY MONEY BACK. now i have to find another study app and i’ll probably have to waste more money on that too. WORST APP EVER.

I didn't like the app and the fact they send me two emails a day so I wanted to delete my account but there is no option. I wrote to support asking them to delete my account, but they ignore me for several days, not nice.
