A lot of my furniture in my house have disappeared. And I’ve spent a long time collecting furniture and at the end of each new room decorated for getting Gems I don’t gain any furniture anymore. Please help.

i love this game very very much. i even got my sister to play. please tell me why my game keeps on crashing while i try to decorate. i tried everything to fix it, including clearing cache and deleting all data. it doesn't work. please fix it.
The ads on decor life are not working. They don’t load and just show a black screen. The timer doesn’t count down and I have to exit out and re enter the app because otherwise I’ll be stuck on the screen for a long time. Please fix it.
I really like this game and I want to progress through it to make my house more livable. The problem is that each room I do only gives me 10 diamonds at a time for free (no matter how complicated the room) and my house costs 39 diamonds to fix the toilet! Even that would be fine except sometimes the game won't load and is stuck on the opening screen. It works at random times but I paid 10$ for it to be add free so I expect to be able to play as often as I want and not just on the off chance that it might work that day. So yeah I'm upset. But I still love the game if only I could play it!
