I have been playing this game for quite a while now. This is one of the first games that I have played for this long as I usually get bored with other games. I also spend quite a bit of money every month on this game, again because I really enjoy it. This really matters because I am on disability and can only spend so much money on games each month. Why such a low rating you ask? Because I had an issue not receiving the items I paid for. So I contacted customer service and provided a screen shot of the proof that I did indeed pay for said package but did not receive the items. They told me that the screen shot proved I received said items… um what? No it only proves I PAID for said items not that I received them. So in essence they are stealing my money. This is ridiculous and now I am not confidant that this wont happen again. Don’t STEAL MY MONEY.

Editing: Taking down to one star as I’ve noticed when I spend gems on the merchant to be able to have for a day it always cuts off before 24 hours and I just spent 50 to have him for 5 days and after ONE day it says I only have 18 hours left with him. Besides the same issue of stuff disappearing when I put it in the market this glitching is making it not fun anymore.

*This game is super fun and intriguing to play! I love making things to fufill orders and while sometimes certain things can take forever, I’m just an impatient person 😅 and the bright side is unlike other games, most items are able to be made under an hour, where as other games would have them taking hours. I’d say currently the only flaw I’m noticing and why I’m giving it 3 stars is that things are constantly disappearing from my market shelves. I’ll have two of something, put them in and sometimes only one will appear and the other just disappears or neither will appear. At first it was occasionally but the last few days it’s been every day a couple times.

I don’t have a problem with ads but I just started playing a little over a day ago. I’ve had so far 13 ads that either loaded me back to the game and acted like I didn’t watch anything or never would let me return back to the game. I just had it happen twice in a row. Ads are already frustrating but when they don’t work properly it’s just ridiculous. So fix your ads if you are going to use this feature in your game.

Was very fun in the beginning. Now im lvl 36. I only see where it goes to lvl 50 as far as unlocks, traveling to other places, buildings to use, knocking down Forrest to expand my land??? I mean what are your plans devs? I have half million dollars and no idea what to even buy with it. Even when you lvl up and unlock a building to buy, the buildings are simply storyline decorations. You cannot interact with them and they don't benefit you in any way long term. Im finding the planes and trucks to fill are too easy to complete. Just based off comparison to other games EXACTLY like this.... who's levels go well into the 700s+ ... give us a massive update devs! NOT JUST UPDATES ON SEASONAL clothing etc...... also, lets see some actual DECORATIONS we can use for Easter, Christmas etc.... not just a stone statue that transforms into the Seasonal style. LETS SEE SOME COLOR!! Easter eggs! Bunnies hopping around... for Easter. Idk, i feel like you're letting your devs be lazy.

I was really enjoying this game as it reminded me of Township, which I have played for over 5 years and am very dedicated to Township and my co-op, but Supermarket Village just erased all of my progress (level 15, one full day of playing) and set me back to level one and the apple tutorial. I had just completed the challenge to win 180 blue gems after completing numerous grocery orders. I am severely disappointed. I invested real cash to buy building supplies, since the saws and hammers are hard to come by, just so that I could complete the expansion of my supermarket. But this game has failed me. I just deleted SupermarketVillageFarmTown from my tablet. I could have been a loyal paying customer here but I can’t trust the game now. I’ll go back to Township, Klondike, Two Dots, Diggy’s Adventure, Pokémon Go and a few others where I am a long time investor/fan/player where I’ve never lost my progress and I always have fun.

I love playing the game but it has some issues. Mostly time issues. If I leave the game for an length of time when I come back to it there will be produced made or buildings built but also produced or building that should have been finished not done and sometimes given more time to complete then when I last looked at it. Example and reason why I’m writing a bad review, the snack factory had only an hour left before it finished building the last time I played. I came back to the game four hours later and now the shack factory has three hours before finishing. Not good.

This game has potential. However, when I close the game down at night and wake up in the morning to no time having passed in the game it’s a bit disappointing. I would think this is a glitch, but it has happened every time I play the game and set it down for any amount of time. It’s unfortunate for those of us who like to play several time during the day hoping to come back to supplies made and having nothing done. I hope this is something that you work on for those of us who love to pass the time with a game such as this.

I really like this game! It’s fun and engaging enough to draw me in and keep me playing. I would give it five stars if the performance was better. Movement stutters and the game reloads, often losing progress erratically - being up to date on factories and the market but all progress lost in the challenges for example. Or I’ll close out the game right after starting longer crops and factory products, come back hours later to find zero time has passed in the game and there’s still nothing ready to harvest. The last issue I have is how often it erases my daily play bonus accumulation despite my playing every couple of hours round the clock. I’ve literally had the game glitch and reload while I was harvesting and I was back to day one. So I enjoy playing and I may or may not spend more money on diamonds but absolutely won’t spend more until I’m reasonably confident that I’m not going to be losing progress, particularly in the daily bonuses, airport and online orders.

This game has good potential to improve itself. As it stands now it is a little hard to find a quality in it that places it above other free mobile games in its genre.

I’ve found that you can progress decently well without paying for anything, of course doing so certainly would speed up your advances.

The game’s balance feels a little off, especially in the beginning, the main problem seeming to be the dairy factory. It is hard to keep up with customer’s dairy demands without spending gems.

Paint brushes seem to be harder to come by than other construction materials, leaving you with an excess of the other two types while you have unfinished buildings waiting on the elusive paintbrushes.

The hamster game in the arcade needs some serious work, to say the physics are infuriating would be an understatement. It seems to come down to luck and memorization of the course on whether you will be able to complete the game within the given number of shots.

In short:

While the game is engaging, it doesn’t seem to stand out much from others of its kind. The balance of how hard it is to get different materials / craft certain items (paintbrushes and dairy factory items) seems wrong. The hamster game in the arcade needs a physics overhaul.

I like this game, but it has too many bugs on this game since yesterday.
The airplane/ truck supposed arrives, it keep showing will be there in 2hours 15mins. The plants grown up, it shows like as small plants I just plant but I still can take it. And some places I already opened/ using, after I online the game again it keeps charge my tools to reopen the places which is super annoying. I spent some money on this game, feels like it such a scam!!

Can we just talk about how horrible hamster-ball is? I’m not sure if it’s rigged or if the controls are just poorly designed, but it’s impossible. If you pull back just slightly the ball hardly moves. If you pull just a LITTLE harder, the ball goes flying off the map. I know it’s just a little mini-game and another way to earn gems and stuff but I don’t like when games feel rigged.

This is not an idle game. It’s a money making game for the developers. It takes diamonds to do everything and it costs your own money constantly to keep up. The products take way too long to produce hence more diamonds to speed them up. I truly love the game, concept, and graphics but unless you find a better way to conquer spending little to no money, I will be deleting it. I love playing the game. Please update.

I love the game. However, I think there’s a bug in the game that is affecting crops growing overnight. There has been a few cases where I would plant 9 potatoes in a plot before I go to bed and when I wake up in the morning, like 3 of them are ready to be harvested while the other 6 timers haven’t even ticked down so now I have to wait like another 2 hours for the rest to be ready. Shouldn’t these be ready along with the rest since it’s been well past the time for them to be harvested?

Please fix. I love the game but this can be quite discouraging to play when it happens.

Honestly I love this game, I play every single day. But for the last week I would say that the game messed up and now I think maybe it’s a glitch. One day just out of the blue the game wouldn’t load and open the first time so I closed SupermarketVillageFarmTown and reopened it and it worked. Then when I checked to see if anything was finished making it was the same as the day before. Now it’s still the same. I have to stay in the game for everything to cook and obviously I can’t sit there in the game for hours and hours for things to cook. Is there anyway this can be fixed because it’s making not wanna play anymore and I really love the game. Like things are still making from 2 days ago and they aren’t making any progress unless the game is just sitting there on the phone with the game open. I don’t wanna just sit there while things cook.

I love the game and play it a lot, but there is a big with the time. I can be gone for a few hours from the game waiting for my truck orders or plane orders to come back and when I load the game the time hasn’t changed at all. Or sometimes it will actually skip a whole order entirely like I missed it. It does the same thing for my factories too. I’ll fill my que up, come back an hour later and nothing has happened. It’s like no time has passed at all in the game but it has in real life. It gets to be so annoying. Please fix!!

I love this game. It’s colorful, the graphics are fun. It’s satisfying in that it allows one to create and fulfill BUT it glitches. I gave it a 4 star rating to get your attention. It deserves 5. I just logged on for the first time since last night and nothing has progressed. Well, a few things have. One or two plants out of a crop are ready to harvest and the others are as though I just planted them. No products have finished “making” and their timers are as though I just initiated the “make”, if that makes sense. For example, say I started to make an item that takes 15 minutes to create. This morning I still have 13 plus minutes still to go. It’s as though the inner timer turned off when I turned the game off. Please let the developers know. I just did the update and it didn’t change anything (that I can tell.). Thanks!!

Fun game with a lot of potential. There have been at least 3 times when I’ve opened it to play hours (overnight) after I had last played only to find that the game glitched and it was as if no time had passed at all. This was a bummer since I was waiting for longer items to finish and so I had to wait even longer. The Arcade needs different games. Hamster Ball is hit or miss and I don’t really enjoy it so I would love to see a variety offered. Wish you could send customers and online orders away like you can the planes - even if you have to wait longer to get another customer it would be so worth it sometimes! It would also be nice if you could rearrange the grocery store and see a complete list of all items needed for all grocery store customers instead of needing to click on each customer individually.

So far the game is really cute. Couple issues:
1. It’s an idle game. But if you put things in the queue to “cook” or “produce” and walk away from the game, sometimes they keep producing while you aren’t playing and sometimes they don’t. I went to bed last night with everything set up so I could fill all my orders in the morning but only half of my stations continued their count downs in the middle of the night. Same thing for my farm plots. Half of them kept growing and the other half didn’t.
2. The game flashes upon start up and then crashes and has to be reopened.

Once these things are fixed it’ll be great :)

First I’d like to say this is a good quality game. It’s fun and for the most part it’s fair, you don’t have to watch any ads if you don’t want to and as long as you’re patient you can play for free. But here’s 2 things I don’t like about it though:
First, they put the button to spend diamonds (which I bought with real money) in very strategic places so if you’re not super careful you’ll end up spending diamonds when you didn’t mean to. It’s like stealing my money. And they obviously place them where they do on purpose, so you’ll lose diamonds and have to buy more.
Second, the “mini game” called hamster ball is complete garbage. Doesn’t follow the laws of physics whatsoever so you basically have to learn what force you hit the ball with according to the programmer. If you hit it too hard at a ramp with a slight incline the ball just goes straight up in the air. Ridiculous.

So to start off, I really love this game. The fact that it’s a market and a farm is really neat. Some of the wait times for the factories (even with the upgrades) are kind of ridiculous though. Especially with how often we need items like cheese, sugar, and candy. It seems impossible to keep up with the demand for everything we’re making. It seems like it would be really helpful if each factory had a second line like in the market for the shelves. This would really move the game along. Especially when filling online orders and orders for the airport.
Second, I’ve noticed a bug recently within the market. For instance, I had two orders requiring filled pasta. 2 Filled pastas happened to be for sale by the supplier. To build my stock that was in the pasta factory I decided to purchase the pasta to help fulfill my customers orders faster. I put both filled pastas in the grocery section and my priority customer selected her pasta and both disappeared leaving my other customer unfulfilled. I’ve noticed this happening with corn, carrots, and butter too. For now I’ll be filling time consuming products one by one on the shelves. I hope the bug is fixed soon!

I really like this game because it’s a farming game in a way but it’s also completing different orders. One of the features of this game is when you are loading the truck or making more items, when you run out you are immediately asked to complete it with the ticket or with diamonds. We then have to go searching for what building makes what items. I wish there was a button that selected produce or make and it would show or go into what building that item is from so we are able to make it right away. Sometimes the loading screen is glitchy but from launch it had gotten a lot better! I wish there was more games like this out there. Maybe this style as a restaurant style. I’ve been a fan of these developers for a long time and I love the care they take into their games, as well as how quickly they patch up earlier games and current games it’s impressive. Thank you for taking time to fixing the games. I always download any games that they come out with right away. They have unique themes that I look forward to.

I love this game, it’s a lot of fun to play. I love the fact that we don’t have a ton Of commercial to watch. We only see a few of them when we open the treasure chest. And I love the how we don’t have to spend energy on the game.
The only problem I have with this game and it’s the reason why I gave it 4 stars is because when I set things up to be made or send my ships out to catch fish I will leave the game because everything is on a timer. When I come back on thinking that everything will be done so I can serve my customers. I noticed the timer never started it just completely stopped. This happens a lot and it is very frustrating. I was hoping it would have been fixed with the last update it it wasn’t. There is no way to contact anyone for this problem so I figured I would try here.

I’m giving SupermarketVillageFarmTown 4 stars only because I really really really want you to be able in the next update or 2 to make it so we can login with Facebook and add our friends and make a place where we can trade our goods with our friends and help them out with there planes and trucks and etc. I wish for this to be a feature in this game I absolutely love it already and I’ve only been playing for a day so if you guys could please make an effort to make this a feature that would be awesome thank you!

Very fun game! It’s well layered and integrated, lots of fun activities and I really like the arcade game.

One glitch I seem to be getting is when I restock multiple items that multiple customers want (ex: restock 3 bread, and there are 3 customers who want 1 bread each), I seem to be short of one bread after. This has happened twice now so it could be a temporary glitch but it’s really frustrating!

Very disappointed to find the new areas being opened are only decorations ,so I was really expecting more things to do, what Happened ??? Seems like an incomplete game and it lost my attention. Otherwise it’s an ok game and I don’t mind buying gems, but with this incomplete game, buying gems is a waste of time when there is nothing to look forward to in the later levels of the game.

I’m a huge fan of digital things, and I check regularly to see if there are new games to download. I really enjoy this game like most of the other games they make, but I’ve had one reoccurring problem with SupermarketVillageFarmTown. When I go to open SupermarketVillageFarmTown again after not playing for awhile the red loading screen pops up flashing extremely fast from red to white. I think this is very dangerous for people with epilepsy and I hope the problem will be fixed.

I really like this game a lot, it’s fun and there’s a lot of things to look forward to when leveling up. However I’ve notice some glitches that affect my game play greatly, mainly the timer does not go down on some items when away. For instance I planted some strawberries, all at the same time, when logging in just now only half of the strawberries are ready while the others still have 37 mins on the timer. My cows have not finished producing milk even though I’ve been away for hours.

When I want to play the game after a 2 month break, I keep getting frustrated that I can’t log in the game no more. The red loading screen issue. I didn’t get a chance to write down player ID information before my break. I wrote to game support about the issue twice. I hope this update fixes the issue. If not, well I hope the best for the game to stick around for long time. I think that this game has potential in my opinion.

First off, I’m 60+ years old, and I love good games. This game reminds me of Township, which I love and have played daily for more than six years. I have to say I might like this game even more.

The UI is great, the game is responsive and paced well for the most part. I spend money on the gold pass and other specials as a reward to the developers for making a game so fun, even for those who can’t afford to spend real money, like my 11 year old grandson. That in my opinion is a great developer.

I also appreciate the fact that you only have to watch ads if you choose to. Again, high marks for that! Forced ads in most games now are ridiculous.

Take the time to watch the animation. The game is like a live story. The cars even stop for the shoppers to cross the road.

There is always new content and updates. Play this game. You will be hooked.

If you are looking for a game that is not based on energy, having to watch a ton of ads, or pay-to-play then this game is for you.
Grow crops and feed cows and chicken to gain the raw product you need to make food items in your factory.
Fill your market up with the items your customers want.
There is no need to spend real money as this game is playable throughout.
Gems are also available and given throughout the game as rewards. They can help speed up crops and factories.
There is a scientist that runs a lab where you can make boosters to speed up production of your factories or crops or even boost the money you make in your market.
There is a pet center where you can ‘adopt’ animals to also help boost certain things like crops and factories.
Mine ore, refine it, and then use your ingots to upgrade your factories at the university.
There is also online deliveries with trucks and an airport that you can fill to gain money and items you will need to build factories.
Lastly, there is a piggy bank that fills up as you complete orders. Fill it up and you can purchase gems for a small fee.
I have yet to find any cons about this game but there are so many pros!
I highly recommend this game!

I have been playing this game at least once a day to make sure my supermarket is well stocked and making my customers happy and I have a super busy day. That says a lot on how much I enjoy this game.

One quick suggestion to make my OCD happy — can you make the shelves arrangeable, please!!?!!! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 Like if I have different products on the same shelves due to production time, can I later move them around so all the same products are on the same shelves? I know it’s minor but it’s one of those little things that makes the game even more pleasant and enjoyable.

This game is a great change from the typical idle tycoon games this developer normally makes. It reminds me of the times where all of the “story” games were popular. There’s just more of a draw to come back and continue playing actual content, instead of just spending all your time watching ads to get enough money to actually upgrade things.
It would be totally awesome if they made a game similar to this, but with running a bakery!!!

I really love the game I play this everyday. I feel that if we have the 24 without the supplier sleeping would be great. I also think more levels would be nice adding other things you can achieve like having the gas station that actually runs. The haunted house that people actually visit and you can earn money from or bonuses or something the game kind of maxs at 50 so after that nothing else to achieve with the game it kind of Plato’s. Just some thoughts for making the game even more fun!!!! But overall great job!!! I’m on level 46 now.

I don't write reviews and I also don't contact support, but here we are, let me explain.
I've been playing this game on and off for some time now. I used to play FarmVille but it required so much interaction with other users that made it difficult to advance at my own pace. I found this game and really enjoyed it.
A few months ago, I finally decided to contact support because there was a bug with one of my shelves that had been there forever. They were quick to respond and fix it. This week there was another issue after completing the weekly challenge where I didn't get the big prize so there I went asking for support and what do you know. Response and above and beyond fix. Thanks developers!

I absolutely love this game, I play all the time, and everyday. There’s one complaint I have right now. The time! The game time, then the time for the activities.
I’ll get on the game, get things cooking and what not, be off of it for a good 2-3 hours, come back and the game is on the same exact spot as when I left! Nothing cooked, etc. that is frustrating, especially when you’re doing the extra stuff to gain diamonds or whatever else and those expire but the rest of the game time doesn’t doesn’t keep up with it.
Other than that, I love it and I will be a long time player! But that definitely needs fixed because it gets aggravating! 🙂

I enjoy playing this game very much all day long every day. I finished 50 (MAX) level.
I like this game, because, makes me develop strategies to play it and not complaining. I’m 83 years old woman and Super Market Village - Farm Town keeps my mind very sharp.
I know it takes a few months to increase levels, meanwhile, I will keep playing it all day long every day.

This is an awesome game! It is also virtually appealing! I can play this game for long periods and not get bored. As I am currently at level 50, I am hoping there are going to be more updates and possibly options to add more customers at some point or even add onto the market. Until then, I will work the mines and upgrade my factories when possible. Please continue with the great work!

Everything about this game is fun. My only hope is to have something better that Hamsterball to play for extra prizes and the merchant needs to be available quicker than a whole hour.

First, I love this game so much, I play like all day. There’s not too much I can find wrong at all. It’s the only game I play now, I’ve ignored all the others I used to play. But for the boosts, the one that says animals give double goods? The chickens, pigs and cows don’t give double meat, it’s only the cows giving milk and the chickens giving eggs. I “purchased” the boost specifically for the meats and that didn’t happen. If it’s a glitch then it needs fixing. If it’s supposed to be that way then you should make it clear that’s what you’re getting. Also, when you hire a third cashier, customers go around the third cashier to get in line for the second one. That kind of defeats the purpose of hiring a third, plus they never go to the first one anymore, so what’s the sense? Not a big deal but the boost is kind of a big deal, since you’re spending resources to get it and you don’t get what it says you get. Thank you, overall this is a great game that I really enjoy playing.
