I have been playing this game for quite a while now. This is one of the first games that I have played for this long as I usually get bored with other games. I also spend quite a bit of money every month on this game, again because I really enjoy it. This really matters because I am on disability and can only spend so much money on games each month. Why such a low rating you ask? Because I had an issue not receiving the items I paid for. So I contacted customer service and provided a screen shot of the proof that I did indeed pay for said package but did not receive the items. They told me that the screen shot proved I received said items… um what? No it only proves I PAID for said items not that I received them. So in essence they are stealing my money. This is ridiculous and now I am not confidant that this wont happen again. Don’t STEAL MY MONEY.

I don’t have a problem with ads but I just started playing a little over a day ago. I’ve had so far 13 ads that either loaded me back to the game and acted like I didn’t watch anything or never would let me return back to the game. I just had it happen twice in a row. Ads are already frustrating but when they don’t work properly it’s just ridiculous. So fix your ads if you are going to use this feature in your game.

I was really enjoying this game as it reminded me of Township, which I have played for over 5 years and am very dedicated to Township and my co-op, but Supermarket Village just erased all of my progress (level 15, one full day of playing) and set me back to level one and the apple tutorial. I had just completed the challenge to win 180 blue gems after completing numerous grocery orders. I am severely disappointed. I invested real cash to buy building supplies, since the saws and hammers are hard to come by, just so that I could complete the expansion of my supermarket. But this game has failed me. I just deleted the app from my tablet. I could have been a loyal paying customer here but I can’t trust the game now. I’ll go back to Township, Klondike, Two Dots, Diggy’s Adventure, Pokémon Go and a few others where I am a long time investor/fan/player where I’ve never lost my progress and I always have fun.
