I deposited 100 dollars (2 second process).I had issues making a bet. They promised to match up to 100 dollars which they did not. The bet didn’t process so i decided to withdraw. I waited a few days and received a response that stated I would receive my money back in 7-10 business days. I’m beyond frustrated with Resorts world bet. Definitely the worst sports betting app out there

There is absolutely no conceivable reason to as much as download ResortsWorldBet. They offer new players nothing, their interface is like an app straight from 2009, they have a less then reputable withdraw/deposit record. Don’t even bother. You’ll get a better return lighting your money on fire and hitting yourself in the face with a brick than you will have using ResortsWorldBet.

Do Not Use ResortsWorldBet..I Tried to bet on the Chinese Basketball Game yesterday morning and the odds wouldn’t stay still for 2 seconds it just keep changing for 20mins straight I still haven’t got to place the bet..CHEATING..

Worst promotion ever. Don’t do it. They don’t let you use the promo on parlays however it’s not written on the website!! You find out if you lose that you will not get the money back. I will never use ResortsWorldBet again

They treat you like trash and u did something wrong just to get your money site is bottom of the list for sure no promotions either way better sites out there

Slow payout and there’s been multiple times where all live MLB games disappear which is probably the reasoning for the slow payout. Plenty of better options than this book

This sports app is The worst promotion . Not risk free bet of $500 if I have to put my own $500 up. Then you get $500 risk free after you lost . That’s not a risk free bet. Other NY sports app out there better then this sports app. This is the worst sports app I seen so far with the worst promotion out there for a first time.

It is a nightmare trying to withdraw money. They have no customer support line to call, just a useless live chat. They told me there is nothing they can do about my withdrawal issues, and to "TRY WITHDRAWING IN SMALLER INCREMENTS" Are you kidding me?? I have screenshots of all the chats....How did this book even get a gaming license?!?

All other sports app offer occasional promos especially with big events, this one has none and doesn’t even have a referral program !! Not worth it , hope they make adjustments. Won’t use it again until they do

Completely inept customer service team who can’t figure out how to verify my account, going on for weeks now. Couldn’t tell you how ResortsWorldBet itself is considering no matter how many times I verify my name, email, dob.. still cannot login.

I normally don’t write reviews but I’d give this one 0/5 if I could. The other reviews are 100% right. You could be in the red and they will begin to limit you to $3 a bet. How is that legal? What would happen if you were in the green? They restrict you from betting altogether ?

After using ResortsWorldBet for a few days you won’t be able to place bets of over ~$10. Customer service says that it’s at the “Traders’ discretion”. Interesting how that happens after you win/lose some big wagers. Read other reviews — common problem. Please use any other sports book

I searched on google for apps that give free bets. ResortsWorldBet came up advertised by ResortsWorldBet themselves and said if we sign up we get $250. I downloaded ResortsWorldBet and signed up and didn’t get the $250 free bet. Its click bait. I contacted customer service and they said they don’t offer that anymore. Yet they are advertising it. FALSE ADVERTISING.

All of these small time sportsbooks in NY are unregulated nightmares. Do not fall for the welcome offers. They will hold your money, restrict your bets, not give you bonus bets and ignore your customer service chats and emails. The service agents are trained to give you the runaround. Frankly these places should all be shut down. Stick with fanduel.

This company is a scam. They will take your money. They claim to offer a sign up bonus and then will not honor any bonus. I deposited $250 with a promise of one free bet up to $500. I lost the bet contacts customer service and they said to bad we no longer offer that. The company is a scam. Do no trust them or deposit with them their are many other companies that will honor promotions.

I thought sports books made money by taking wagers ? Apparently not. Limits below 10 dollars on a variety of wagers. In some cases limit a dollar or less. Repeated attempts through both chat room and emailing customer service and it’s obvious they read off a script. Every bet is at the traders discretion. Their percentage of NY market has to be at/near bottom along with Wynn and Bally’s.

Absolute joke of a Sportsbook. Their welcome bonus is bet $50 and get $200 in bonus bets. But if one of their supports agents gives a poor explanation of the terms and you cash out the bet and then once it’s cleared up place the EXACT SAME TICKET. They will not honor the WELCOME BONUS. Used this book for 1 ticket and will not be using it again. They will not stay open if they Treat all new customers this way

Horrible service. What kinda app is down from 8pm til the next day. Messed out a bunch of bets that I was planning to cash out. Pretty much lost a bunch of money cause of this.

They are great even giving you more money then the other 6 Sportsbooks I have
