Running on iPad Pro 12.9 4th Gen w/1TB of memory...well, WorldSBK actually doesn’t run. Click on an icon, click on video, etc and it will continually crash as I write this in Nov 2020 (despite the update roughly 5 months ago). I recently subscribed to this app racing season pass for 2022 (having been a long time MotoGP subscriber)...and I guess I’ll be watching via my browser and not WorldSBK. Unbelievable Dorna Sports cannot make WorldSBK work (...not that the MotoGP app, where Dorna is also the developer, is necessarily state of the art, yet the MotoGP app does function).

I have subscribed to the this app video pass. WorldSBK doesn't allow you to stream the subscription content. I have to watch through my browser on the iPad. I don't understand why you bother with this. I have subscribed to the MotoGP video service for several years. WorldSBK for that streams subscription content. The this app subscription is of much less value.

You can’t watch the races. Totally useless. App has been around for years and has nothing but negative reviews, yet nothing has been done about it. Get it together already!! Nobody wants an app to read news articles.

Sadly this year again, I’ll be sticking to only MotoGP until you can get in the current century.

Call me when you have an app that I can manage my subscription with in app purchase, and when you learn to stream.

Sadly enough the people that publish your app make a great one for MotoGP.

WorldSBK is the perfect example of what Dorna thinks of this app. They have a MotoGP app that is basically the same thing and works fine but can’t do the same for this app? You can’t watch races with it. Not available on Apple TV. Just sad . Why does Dorna think people will like only one or the other? Why try to make people choose between two products that they own? Just in excusable for WorldSBK to be in the state that it is, when they company basically has the same thing for MotoGP and it works fine

I travel quite a bit and used to be able to watch the races through WorldSBK but not anymore. It’s now pretty useless and kills the value of having the video pass as by the time I get to see race, it’s old news and I’ve seen the results already. Turning off the auto renew. Bummer.

Can’t even use WorldSBK . Either gives a losing error and crashes or loads then crashes. Seriously, get it together especially for users like myself that pay money every year to watch the races. 🤬👎🏻

Edit: WorldSBK is OVR-REA-TED. I’m sure Kawasaki had something to do with it crashing since Ducati came to clean house this year

Content on app hasn’t been updated since 2020 season. I guess it it has been abandoned. Deleting app.
I am a VideoPass subscriber but can't stream the progams through WorldSBK. MotoGP has the ability to stream now. Both racing organizations are run by Dorna. When will this feature be added?

App for iOS crashes will not open. No version available for common streaming platforms such as ROKU or FireTv
renewed my subscription for the this app video pass not long ago.
I am unable to get WorldSBK for iOS to open.
WorldSBK crashes.
I have completely deleted and redownloaded WorldSBK several times. did not have this problem last year.
As there is not another version of app to use on any common streaming platform such as firetv or ROKU
I cannot watch any of the content I have paid for.
I am not happy.
I expect a full refund.

Can’t even play videos. Can’t log-in. What’s the point of WorldSBK? Seems they don’t care and/or have no funding or people capable of making a functional app. The website is not much better. Waste of first-time subscription. Never again.

EDIT: My UNUSED subscription auto-renewed for the 2018 season on Nov 5th of 2017, and they’re refusing to refund me for it... apparently they can sell you unworking garbage with lies and it’s fine, but we’re not allowed to miss an email that came to our junk folders...

Offer me a video subscription, tell me there is an app to accompany it, take my money, and then tell me I can’t use WorldSBK because of my location? I gave you my address when I paid for the subscription...

I’ve been very disappointed with WorldSBK. 2021 was my first year to subscribe and I won’t be subscribing again next year. I’ve been very, very pleased with the MotoGP app for years and I thought WSB would be the same. Not so! I don’t understand it because all they would have to do is copy what they do on MotoGP and it would be great. Not having an app in the Apple App Store that I can download to my Apple TV is a major fault.

Purchased a video pass and can’t even find a login in WorldSBK . The videos that seem to be available without said missing log only play sound and I cannot cast them to the TV. There should be a warning when you purchase a video pass that expected functionality from what I thought was a reputable name is completely non-existent. Doesn’t even deserve one star.

Thinking WorldSBK would be like my MotoGP app I plunked down the money thinking (and excited) to finally watch an SBK race again. It’s been years because of how much crap you have to go through to find a race- no one streams to the major cable sports network. Jump into WorldSBK to check out the first round and no race available. Never again, I’ll be canceling this crap straight away. Very misleading. Apple should pull WorldSBK.

Zero stars. Every time I open WorldSBK it crashes. WorldSBK is complete garbage. You can’t view the races despite having a video pass. Speaking of video pass (nothing to do with WorldSBK) only works on a computer and not devices. Either way WorldSBK doesn’t stay open more than 15 seconds and customer support is non existent. I’ll be canceling my video pass and won’t be paying much attention to world sbk. It’s a shame considering how far the tech side falls short of an otherwise world class brand of racing.

I’m honestly baffled. You want to sell viewership to your product, but haven’t made much effort to make your product accessible to people living beyond 2007.

There is no way to watch races (live or delayed), without watching from a web browser. If I want to watch a race from the comfort of my couch, I have to log into the desktop site from my phone, play the race, and then mirror my phone to my Apple TV. This is a ridiculous problem to have in 2020.

Make Video Passes viewable from WorldSBK , please.

Pre season WorldSBK worked great was able to read news and watch video. No way to log in for paid content though. Tried to watch the season opener races today but now WorldSBK just crashes over and over. It won’t even open anymore. Dorna please get this fixed.

I agree WorldSBK could be better by making videopass apart of WorldSBK instead of having to go to the websites page to view the actual races.

WorldSBK does what i would expect. It gives bike articles. My only gripe is that they use along with a good grey background with white text, they mix in blue text font on links. I cannot read the text. Please change the color, or allow the user to change.

An update. It works fine for me, and have never has a crash. The bue font has a contrast issue. It may look goid on a pc, not in an iphone. Please change the color.

WorldSBK has recieved a lot of hate, but in 2020 it’s not that bad. I don’t know about other things about it like the video pass but my experience hasn’t been bad

WorldSBK either crashes before opening or a few seconds after. It’s not really of any use until they resolve whatever is going on. I’ve been heading over to the website when I can. Dorna does a fantastic job with the MotoGP app and streaming. It’s a shame it doesn’t translate to WSBK.

What’s the point in developing WorldSBK , where the website has more functionality?
No videopass on WorldSBK is a fail. Get the same features as the MotoGP app and try again

Still has a data error and won’t load. I’ve deleted and reloaded twice. Season has started and app is broken.

WorldSBK needs some serious work. It starts up and immediately crashes after a few seconds. It’s been like this for over a month now. Unacceptable

I signed up for the first time after many many years of thinking about it, what a mistake, they better do some about this... the worse app I ever seen! Soooo bad they should pay me to have it in my phone 😂

Why would I need a racing app that doesn't let me watch the races?

There is no point to WorldSBK until they add the race videos. Really a bummer since Dorna makes both this and the MotoGP app and the GP app can show the races... which is why we all use it.

How could you not have the races avail able to stream live or watch later by now? What good is WorldSBK or the “video pass” if you have to watch on a computer...
