My oan apple app gave me a log in error: user is marked as cancelled in our systems and is no longer active. Please sign into the OAN live website to activate your acct. so I sign in and try to enter my email to straighten whatever is wrong out. I get no email back for reset of accnt! Responseless.
Even though I've had an existing subscription to OANN live tv for years, it doesn't work today. Just what is the problem?
I have been trying to get a hold of OAN, because I’m having trouble with the network and it’s on OAN side. When I try to login, it does not let you change to a new password, I forgot the old password when I come home @ night, I want to watch OAN. If my subscription is up, please let me know and let me know how to get to you people to give you a credit card number. Thank you! MSR
I already texted you before that I am not able to get in the OAN app I try to log in again does not work . You guys should have a phone number tech to help . Can get the tv app to work
Closed caption ( subtitles ) was not in the network. Will you please fix that and put icon back on caption. I had been paid for it and couldn’t understand what it said. Im deaf. My tv is LG it had already build in network streaming. Using with apps

I’m having issues accessing and logging into my OAN Live App. I’ve been paying monthly since OAN Live began.
You took my money but I can’t get signed in. Won’t give me a chance to speak with someone or change a password because I forgot the old one. If you can’t fix this then cancel my subscription. Do not take anymore money.

Fix your buggy apps first before anything else

I finally convinced myself to get the subscription from OAN live news app. On the second attempt to watch the content, I surprisingly faced with an unsolvable difficulty due to the login error from the app. I tried to resolve the issue by using different devices but again the same error message appears each time. So I just canceled my subscription. I have only watched a few hours of the content after my first initial registration process so I don’t feel that I have missed anything. I am just sorry for the service provider. That’s all.

I’m not sure the people who watch this are even aware that they are being spoon fed propaganda that only bares the slightest resemblance to the truth. OAN is biased, right wing nonsense at best and dangerous lies at worst. $4.99 as an introductory price? That is insane. Why not buy a bible instead and put your hands over your ears if you are so resistant to living in a rational world. The location services turned on the minute I opened this app even though I denied them access. Untruths masquerading as “news” are what is destroying America.
Can’t connect to local network

Can’t get the app to link to my local network. It’s not even available in settings >privacy >local network. Signed up twice with 2 different emails same response. Contacted OAN they said to contact apple. Apple checked everything all good and referred me back to OAN. At this point I give up… I really enjoy OAN but can’t watch. Pretty frustrating
