I was charged twice for my subscription on May 1 and May 11. Please fix

I believe that i have an account with OAN.But it will not let me log in. It accepts the email address but not the password. It will not let me make a new password. It will not let me get help with oan live (as it says to do). I tried to go to my acount and that was dead too. Seems like OAN is incomunocado. I really need help. I want to watch OAN

Tv channel has no sound

After I purchased a subscription, I found that my TV provider {Direct TV Stream} does not support OAN. I would like a refund, but at a minimum, I want to cancel the subscription.

Unable to log into OAN Live. New TV and new Roku stick. Won’t accept password. How do I reset password?

Been watching all morning (22DEC), seems like a continuis loop (but nothing about Rob Reiner in the loop). Now, I'll admit that this isn't my area of experience, but it appears there's a misleading of society by leaving out some information that the public should be aware of. TV streaming has trouble with audio on Spectrum network. Not matching voice sync and breaking audio.

OAN: Please Contact me regarding the problem below ASAP; I believe there has been a fraudulent charge by OAN to my Apple Card account. Instead of monthly $4.99 subscription charge, on 08/18, there has been a $47.90 charge on 08/24/25. I am preparing to close card and subscription! Please provide phone number to discuss next steps. I have antenna TV, recieve OAN from Sacramento CA. Recently all the band signals stopped. OAN is no longer transmitted to us. No warning. Gone. Please see what happened. I'll be hoping for reply.

OAN just charged my Visa card $47.90 for my subscription. But I cannot log onto OAN on my Sony ANdroid smart TV's. Tried to send an request for assistance from OAN but received a CHAPTA error! Login is my gmail e-mail. Regards, RJ Arena

Suddenly not working and I am unable to login to my account. Please help

I cannot sign into OAN TV on my TV or on my phone app. It just locked me out this morning when I tried to turn on OAN on my TV. My account is paid up in full for a year, I paid by credit card renewal 4/9/25 ($53.89) but won't except my password. It keeps saying "user credentials were declined". Please unlock my account or let me know what's going on.

Unable to log into my OAN Live Customer Service each time it automatically tries to login like it usually does now I’m seeing the message. User credentials were declined. Please try again or notify support on the OAN live website. When I tried to call all I got was a voice recording, informing me that you guys are closed during the weekend. Should I go with Newsmax2 instead of you guys?

My oan apple app gave me a log in error: user is marked as cancelled in our systems and is no longer active. Please sign into the OAN live website to activate your acct. so I sign in and try to enter my email to straighten whatever is wrong out. I get no email back for reset of accnt! Responseless.

Even though I've had an existing subscription to OANN live tv for years, it doesn't work today. Just what is the problem?

I have been trying to get a hold of OAN, because I’m having trouble with the network and it’s on OAN side. When I try to login, it does not let you change to a new password, I forgot the old password when I come home @ night, I want to watch OAN. I already texted you before that I am not able to get in the OAN app I try to log in again does not work . You guys should have a phone number tech to help . Can get the tv app to work

Closed caption ( subtitles ) was not in the network. Will you please fix that and put icon back on caption. I had been paid for it and couldn’t understand what it said. Im deaf. My tv is LG it had already build in network streaming. Using with apps

Pay 4.99 monthly and cannot access your app. Message to me is OAN does not recognize my credentials! No response I will dispute my monthly fee …

I’m having issues accessing and logging into my OAN Live App. I’ve been paying monthly since OAN Live began.

You took my money but I can’t get signed in. Won’t give me a chance to speak with someone or change a password because I forgot the old one. If you can’t fix this then cancel my subscription. Do not take anymore money.
