Despite all of the accolades to this “new programme”, it is a disaster from the first email trying to set it up and login. After finally able to login, everything that was supposedly going to be transferred (cumulated visits, hotel points, etc.) has not at this point. Over functionality of the app is basically an electronic rubbish heap. Outside of the visual appeal (the only reason rated as a 1⭐️, and no option for 0),it is overall underwhelming overrated. Though the HR Rewards app was in definite need of improvement, it was at least something to build upon, not needing to reinvent the wheel. If it was not ready for release, why even bother releasing it?

the app AND this thing called "unity" appear amateurish. the app is unwieldy. easy and clear use by a new user was not a high priority for this app. upon entering the app using my account number, it has my profile information but no tier or rewards data from my Rock Royalty account. so, am i in or out?! do i have Icon tier or not? (my 17,000+ points or not? my $500+ comp points or not?). overall, it's a confusing and inept roll out of a "new" program that is of little or no value to anyone unless they travel the world.

Why have us update from the original app if this was the case? I tried to “activate” my account but apparently it it just creates a new one for you. I asked customer service and was told I needed to go into one of your locations to have the accounts merged. Went from Icon to Star because of this.
