The change to Unity is one big disappointment to me!
I collect HRC shirts since over 15 years, I even remember the program before it was called „Rewards“. I was working on my 100th cafe visit (since it changed to Rewards), but all my history is gone now. Most cafes I visited in the last months did either not have Unity yet or it shows in the app as „undefined“. And it only shows the last 90 days anyway…
Visiting a cafe and buying a shirt gives around 25 tier points. To get a tier status higher than the basic entry one you need > 4.000, that means buying > 3 Shirts per week…
I have seen myself as a recurrent & loyal HRC customer for the last 15 years, but this new program is crap to me!

Since 2005 I‘m visiting HRC all over the world. Starting with my „All Access Card“ in Boston I collected until today 99 Locations on all continents. Hard Rock Hotel in London had to be my Number 100. But the „Unity“ deleted everything. At the end, London will be my personel No 100, in the HRC system my No 1 and for both of us my last one.
