Subject: Urgent: Funding Account Balance Not Displaying on Login (Android) Body: Dear Support Team, I am writing to report a critical issue I experienced this morning while using your exchange app on an Android A6+ device. After logging in using OTP, I noticed that my Funding Account balance did not display. Concerned, I navigated to my Futures Account, where I saw my active ETH trade running. Out of caution, I prematurely closed the trade. After multiple attempts to refresh the app and reopening the tab, my Funding Account balance eventually appeared. Issue Summary: Device: Android A6+ Problem: Funding Account balance temporarily not displayed after login Observed Behavior: Balance appears only after multiple refreshes/relogin Impact: Caused stress and led to the early closure of an active trade Expected Behavior: The Funding Account balance should be displayed immediately upon login, ensuring users have full visibility of their funds without needing to refresh or relog. Scam signup offer

This app is trash and has a scam signup offer that offers USDT for signup and KYC. Completed both and then it says I have triggered some system warning and I don’t qualify for the offer. Sounds like a rip off scam to get you to create an account and then not follow through on the rewards! Not to mention when I first signed up it said it was $50 for creating an account, the next day it then said it was only $20 for an account. Do not recommend at all! KCEX exchange actually gives you what is promised for signup and KYC, which is also like 6x as much as this trash Weex nonsense. Don’t waste your time here!

Excellent exchange source for futures trading. Could use a few more indicators, the ability to see order limits and positions on the chart, as well as better notifications when orders hit. The app could also refresh automatically better without needing to manually do it when it freezes up sometimes. Could also use a few more tokens like $hex and $tame.
It's very easy to use and highly recommended.
