People who gave this any star besides 1 is because they haven’t won. When I got my two first winnings on this app I was happy , but then my disappointment came when I try to withdraw my winnings I was told that my withdrawal was rejected. They send an email talking about verification that I can send my drivers license ID and a bank statement to prove who I was. My question is when drawing money from that persons bank all of these things should have been verified before hand right? This app is a scam and nobody will ever get any money from it.

so I’m not the type that usually leaves bad reviews but on this one I’m definitely the type. I won a Jackpot and requested a payout from that jackpot never received the payout I emailed like they said on the contact us page someone got back to me twice with the same exact message mind you that I won this jackpot almost 3 weeks ago and still no payout and no communication. The amount of late fees and overdraft fees that has accumulated on the account from them saying 72 hours is when your funds will be released is ridiculous. This is probably the worst experience that I’ve had with any kind of customer service so if you can avoid this app at all cost..

If I could give them no stars I would this is a scam app. I have been waiting for over a month for my payout. I have emailed them over and over and all they say is I am escalating this up and no one has contacted me nor have them tried to fix the situation. I am highly mad at them because they took my money and then I won and they took that also. I am thinking of suing this app because they are taking peoples hard earned money.
