Why can I find payout amounts for fixed dates?

So, I make an appointment and go a month after winning 4 of 5 Take 5 numbers. I played 5 plays x 2 = $10. First day garnered 3 number win and 1 free play. Second day had 4 number win. I get there and got a check that did not break down all 3 wins, neither did clerk give me free play. I asked her for free play and got distracted. I replayed same ticket again and didn’t realize that I didn’t get free play until I got home. I go on app to try to confirm payouts and amounts.... unavailable. Not good.

I like the app. It shows me the numbers and usually works no problem. The one thing that I find that it lacks is the ability to scan my numbers to confirm if it’s a winner. Fix the current blank screen bug and add the scanner and you would get a perfect 5!
