Bad Experience
The worst application I have ever used. They are very unorganized and untrusted, with no customer service or experience and in handling their business. A 3-week order took exactly 6 weeks to receive, then received the package with 2 missing items without even prior notice to the customer while the amount was paid in full. They didn’t even apologize to the customer for their mistake. I don’t ever recommend this application. أسوأ تطبيق إستخدمته على الإطلاق. إنهم غير منظمين وغير موثوقين، وليس لديهم خدمة زبائن ولا خبرة في التعامل مع عملهم. إستغرق طلب (مدته 3 أسابيع) 6 أسابيع بالضبط لإستلامه، ثم استلمت الطرد مع مادتين مفقودتين دون إشعار مسبق للعميل بينما تم دفع المبلغ بالكامل. لم يعتذروا حتى للعميل عن خطأهم. لا أنصح بإستعمال هذا التطبيق على الإطلاق.

I don’t recommend it at all, very bad experience and terrible customer services. They take forever to reply and sometimes don’t even fix the issue. تعامل سيء جدا وتأخير بالاجابة والتحديث للطلب
