I purchased and paid for two tinted moisturizers. I have never received the order the tracking number goes blank after I put the number in. Please let me know the status of my order or refund my money or send another set of moisturizers. I await a reply. Thank you, Leah Chanofsky
Sent me the wrong product and have no way to return it. Every time I try to fill out the form it disappears. No address on the contact page. Only a form to write your info down but like I said it disappears before I can finish. Should have checked them out before I ordered. Thank goodness I didn't order all the other things.

I ordered the tinted moisturizer. DHL said it was delivered, but I never received it. Please cancel my order and refund immediatly
The phn # listed doesn't wk, but then U prob know that. Cancel all future orders. I didn't realize I signed up for a subscription. There's nothing about your product that makes it better than cheaper alternatives. I want a refund for my last order. It's still in the packing envelope it was shipped in. CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION IMMEDIATELY. I don't want any more of your product. I do not want to keep what U sent. If I knew the order #, I'd give it to U. I've misplaced the packing slip, unfortunately. I will tell my credict card co not to process future orders from U. Trying to deal w/ U has been a nightmare. U do nothing to make cancelling easy. No, I would not refer U to ANYONE.
I want to return my last shipment. I had no idea I'd signed up to get your product on a reg basis. It was an error. I'm not impressed whatsoever & I want to cancel my subscription IMMEDIATELY. I also would like a refund for the last order I received. I can't find the packing slip, so I can't give U the order number. Hopefully, U can look it up by my name, add or phn #.

Expensive and doesn't change anything for me. Very upsetting to pay so much for something that doesn't work at all. As someone living on SSDI from a work and 12 surgeries. I want to look better as I have gone through much. I spent 1/3 f my monthly income on this product and nothing had changed! I got 2 pimples with in 2 weeks. I have never had a pimple in my whole life. I'm 59 and I take good care of myself eating the right things and taking all of the best vitamins for my age. 8 wish that they would give me a refund. But...n. They are greedy!! Never buy these products!!!

I will not be able to give an accurate review of the products I ordered because the company quickly accepted my money but after 10 days of waiting my order status was still listed as “order placed”.
I contacted the team after 5 business days and I was told it usually takes 2-3 days to process order for shipment. Five days later there had been no change.
I hope this issue was just bad luck on me and that this team is better than the service I was given. Good luck to all.

I’m 52 and have not taken great care of my skin over the years, I’m pretty low maintenance and like things simple. But… my skin has been showing my age a lot more now a days. I saw an add for this product line & decided to try it. So far, I love it! I feel like compared to similar product lines of this quality DRMTLGY is affordable, effective and easy to use. Thank you DRMTLGY I’ve seen a big difference in my skin since starting this product line about 4 months ago and I can’t wait to see more results as I continue to use it!
