SNY Status

SNY has cut to commercial many times before 3 outs. This is during live Mets game on Xfinity in NJ. Come back to live game correctly at start of next inning.

My TV provider is Spectrum - I have registered this through the SNY app but can not get it to play on my TV. What's up?

I have tried 4 different browsers and cannot watch Mets games. I select my internet provider (Blue Ridge Cable) and click login. In Firefox and Safari it just keeps spinning. In Edge and Chrome I get the error "adobe.auth-gateway.net refused to connect".

I am tying to watch Uconn Women Basketball Live. I recently change from At&T cable to At&T DirectTV. Even though SNY (channel 639) is listed as a possible, they tell me that because I live in ZIP CODE 33073 in Florida I can not get your channel directly. I have also down loaded your SNY appication which seems to work ok, however I can't seem watch Uconn games. I know the season is just starting and maybe I just need to give it some time (I hope). Will I be able to watch live Uconn Basketball using the SNY APP? If not, is there an other way I could get the games.? Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

SNY is NOT streaming live through Roku. The game is supposed to be on, and I'm getting some other show that probably aired earlier. Is there a fix?? I'm paying for this, and NOT getting it. NBC Sports App worked. This doesn't Very disappointing.

Same issue White screen when I click sign in to optimum

Using iphone 7 and ios 14.8 App downloaded OK. I then select Optimum as my provider, and I get a white screen and nothing happens. So I have not been able to initialize the app. Tried repeatedly on 3 different days, same result.
