I keep on getting locked out when I update my app now I cannot sign in to the SNY app
I want to watch UConn women's basketball. I pay for Hulu Plus in NY area. I am in Florida for three months. I CAN NOT GET SNY
I can I login to watch UCONN woman's basketball?
I have ROKU how do I login to seethe UCONN HUSKIES WOMAN"S Basketball? I am having difficulty trying to login
I live in Florida and watch all the women's uconn basketball games. My cable provider is Comcast xfinity. Last year I used the NBC app to get SNY, but I understand it is now only available through the app. I tried using Hulu to gain access, but the app only works with their premium package that costs $60+ per month. On your site I found a link and suggestion that said it is possible to "out of state stream" via a VPN. Is that a solution ... and if so, how do you recommend going about this solution.
I was using the app. Then I moved and now I can't find my cable provider on your list providers. It was there couple months ago now it's like they were never provided at all. WTF!
Fix the app PLEASE. All hype and NO performance. I expected more. Extremely disappointing
I pay for SNY through my cable subscription with Optimum. When I try to watch the tv-to-go function I can get on the SNY stream but the screen has no scroll bars, and I get no opportunity to log on with my TV provider. I try to use the SNY app which works but the cast function is not available so it is basically useless. I don't have any of these issues with any other channel.
The app doesn’t work! I signed on with my tv provider info and NOTHING after that! Error Error Error!!! Thanks s all I get! This is horrible 😡🥵

The app says you must use location, and when I’m in Florida the cable company doesn’t offer SNY. I log in with my cable company info from NJ, but the location must be overriding the log in. If trying to watch live stream, I get a white box stating “an error has occured”. That’s on an iPhone. I get a “not available” blue screen on the Roku TV. VERY frustrating. After years of blackout issues with NBCSports and MLB, I was excited for SNY app, especially when I was able to get live broadcasts the first day. Since then, cannot get live broadcasts. Gary has said, for years, never miss a game. Well, it didn’t work on NBCSports and now it doesn’t work on the new app.
***** Read the fine print: upon launch of app, we were given a 48-hour window to view SNY live. After that, you need to use it in your “home” location, then will be granted a 30-day window to watch out-of-market. That isn’t “watch anytime, anywhere” in my language. False advertising

I was so excited when I heard SNY was going to have an app, 3 days before it came out, I had a timer ready to download when the time came. Well the time came, I was using this app out of state from my network-Optimum, since I still live in NY. Well 3 days into downloading this app, I was no longer allowed to watch anything SNY related that included the Mets game. Don’t waste your time with this app, especially if your out of state… for the moment. It won’t work. What a complete let down, just bc of that when I get back home I won’t be using it anymore.

They already make money from 1) your cable subscribtion 2) the ads they play between innings and 3) your location ( anyone stupid enough to turn location on, as well as stupid enough to create an account). But in addition they need to play 2 thirty second ads every time you sign on. Screw that.
I’m not a Mets fan but play fantasy baseball and like their broadcast team and wouldn’t mind watching them once in a while. Now, b/c of their greed and b/c I switch apps often, I’ll only watch through my MLB subscription and my VPN
