Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Note Yourself app issues:

Force Stop the Note Yourself App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Note Yourself app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Note Yourself to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Note Yourself App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Note Yourself app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Note Yourself.

Again, got Note Yourself » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
