I have been trying to log into GovgrWallet for the past three days, but I'm facing significant challenges. As a Greek living abroad, it seems that I have fewer privileges than others. Despite following all the necessary steps (visiting KEP etc), I continue to encounter glitches that prevent me from accessing GovgrWallet . This experience serves as a reminder of why I left Greece, and it reinforces my decision not to return. It's disappointing to see the lack of accountability and the continuous mess regarding everything related to People’s experience.
This software is still epic and it needs a lot of work and development especially good coordination with all local authorities having jurisdiction in procuring documents such as Identification Cards and Drivers Licenses. Hopefully we will soon see a better development an optimized coordination on Greek software development. Keep up the good work guys!
Even if you are Greek it is useless as it only allows you to validate it if you use a Greek banking institution. So, if you don’t have a Greek bank account the governments app cannot validate you! That’s ridiculous.

I work on phones for a living and GovgrWallet doesn’t do what it’s supposed do which is verify who you are and issue tickets. Every time I try to scan my QR code in or enter my personal information such as ticket passport or AMKA numbers, it kicks me out saying “this ticket is not adjustable”. Horrible. Despite having a very easy to navigate setup, GovgrWallet doesn’t allow me to enter my match ticket information as a foreign citizen despite having paid for tickets, it just tells me it’s “not yet ready for foreign ticketholders.” Added to this, neither the barcode scanner in the main menu or the barcode scan option in the non-Greek residents section even shows up. GovgrWallet is very well set up, but does not do its job at all and I’m scared I won’t get in to my match because it doesn’t accept my ticket.
