I awoke to a message asking about a charge on my esto al debit card. It was fraud. Thank you for the notification. I went into my PERSONAL account ap and was able to put a notification to my phone with an amount.
I then went into my business account and attempted to do the same thing. I received support for this and was placed on hold several times. When I explained there is no tab to set an alert for the debit card being used. I was told that I would need to come into the bank.
Why is it that I can transfer money to WSB from an outside account but I cannot transfer from WSB to an external account?
You took a perfect.y good app and changed toa useless one. It is i posdible to see the printon a tablet even with magnifyer in use.
Have to go back and reenter all monthly Bill Pay i fo, but can’t be done if you don’t have a desk top or laptop computer. So it makes it impossibleto set up monthly payments without having to go to each seperate account online to enter the info again.
My bank decided to make us use a new App. Ihave a IPhone 7 Plus. It won’t take 16.0s.No I have no way to get into my bank or access any numbers. I have a business to run I think I’ll change banks.
Takes at least 5 attempts every time I need to deposit a check. Ongoing issue.
Always gives errors have been trying submit 2 checks for a hour and a half

CrewsBank usually rejects money orders and I have to deposit them manually like a cave man. If I wanted to be rejected by a computer there are plenty of big banks that I could use. I would like my small town bank to have a human review the computer’s work. I mobile deposited money orders for years before CrewsBank was updated. Off to do more manually now.
Since the most recent update my balance is stuck and wont update after making purchases please fix
Image captures more difficult in my opinion and often have to retake. Many rejected attempts. Never had these issues before.

Wsb mobile stopped working so I got this one , works just like the other app.
