It keeps giving me the pop-up to enable notifications even though i have them enabled already and i cant click the X to get out of it so i cant see my portfolio price

Never fully loads sets and takes several restarts/refreshes to actually work!! I hate it!!

Close and restart the Collectr app on iPhone
Update Collectr app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Collectr iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Collectr on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Collectr network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:

Fix Collectr not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Collectr app issues:

Force Stop the Collectr App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Collectr app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Collectr to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Collectr App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Collectr app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Collectr.

Fix Collectr unable to contact server/ Collectr internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Collectr » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Collectr » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Collectr on android.
