I deposited $10 into my account to receive the $200 promotion. I made a bet, and mistakenly cashed out the bet due to key players not playing in the game which is totally reasonable, but not to Wynbets it isn’t. I messaged them on their live chat, and had 2 different employees tell me they can’t do anything “it’s in the terms “
you know what! I even deposited $50 and made bets with that money thinking I’d get the promotion or at least my $50 in free bets. Nope. Nothing. They offered me $10. I told them it’s on me, keep it! What a disgrace and disservice to new customers. That’s a HORRIBLE, horrrrible way to get new customers and grow your company. I’m disgusted and obviously don’t have to explain I will not be using them as they can’t uphold there end of the bargain. Please do not use them because if this happens to you they will not reimburse you even though it’s a promotion. Doesn’t matter they don’t care.

They declined my payment 3 times due to my address being changed yet my bank account was charged all 3 times for it!! I contacted live chat and they were useless and told me to contact my bank. The app is really slow too. They give a customer service phone number but no one answers

By far the worst sports betting app i’ve ever used. App crashes constantly, promotions don’t work, horrible deposit and withdraw system, and to make it worse customer service does absolutely nothing to help. If you want a good betting app use fan duel or draft kings or frankly and app besides this one.
