Uploaded my driver’s license and was asked to upload MORE identifying information, because according to the gatekeepers, the issue date of my replacement license and the expiration date was “within a year” and they needed more info due to “anti money laundering practices”.
As if money launderers use their ACTUAL ID. They probably saw my abundance of melanin in my license picture and assumed I was someone horrible.
The company and idea is cool. Arrived is terrible though. It constantly logs you out while just scrolling through Arrived and you have to sign in every single time you open. Also it freezes a lot. Just offering some constructive feedback.
Arrived is really difficult to use because I constantly get logged out. And since it doesn’t support Face ID, logging in again requires manually entering information again which is a pain.
That said, I do like the this app platform, and so if they ever fix this issue I’ll update my rating, but right now, Arrived is barely usable.
The most annoying feature for any app is not having a convenient secure login option. Should be able to use Apple face security to login.
Navigation is fairly simple and straightforward but getting details about a property requires using Zillow or another site. Overall good app but not great, could use some more attention.
Arrived has been quite the snooze fest since I downloaded it a month or so ago. There hasn’t been a single property up for investment and Arrived LOGS ME OUT so I have a difficult process every single time I want to check it. Not convenient. Not exciting. Flatlined and constantly being told to “log in” to see properties that aren’t even available.
Many of the reviews appear to be written by the same reviewer. Multiple reviews with perfect grammar and overuse of “beautiful” and “beautifully” in the review. I hope Arrived store soon implements better controls on app reviews.

Let me just simplify this for all. If you do not use this app as part of your investment strategy you are already behind. This functionality is super simple and the amount of information you have access to prior to making an investment into a home or vacation rental is awesome. In addition to this they have funds available if you don’t want to research individual homes and want to invest into a fund of homes. I recommend you get on board.
Arrived claims no personal data is collected and this is incredibly rare in financial apps, as most want to sell your information to data brokers. Additionally, the interaction is super easy and has a simple layout that makes navigation easy. The concept of the business model is very easy to get involved with Real Estate rental properties with minimal interaction. It costs a bit to have the company manage every aspect of the business, but this results in very little required from us, the investors. Highly recommended.
Arrived is great with the exception of the notifications. I have all the notifications turned on on Arrived and for some reason I don’t get any . Also the other issue is that it always kicks me out and I have to login almost every time . That gets a bit annoying. Maybe that’s done for security reasons
The entire experience from signing up logins on to exploring the homes and rentals is an absolute breeze! Painless and utterly convenient now with it all at my fingertips. Customer service is 100% above and beyond any other company simply by making the customer their #1 priority. I’m a newbie to this type of niche but I’ve not only enjoyed the experience and continue to but the payouts are not bad either!!!
For as little as $100! Why not?

Investing in this app for over a year, and Arrived makes it smoother and more fun. The this app app is beautifully designed and, as someone who is often checking the website for new inventory / current investments, this makes it incredibly easy to check up on my homes and buy new property.
Fees are a bit high but still lower than the competition. Easy to use.
