When you send me a verification code, I get the INVALID message every time, no matter how fast I type it in, so I am unable to log in to my account to transfer or reinvest my funds. THIS IS A NIGHTMARE.

Poor treatment from Arrived

Uploaded my driver’s license and was asked to upload MORE identifying information, because according to the gatekeepers, the issue date of my replacement license and the expiration date was “within a year” and they needed more info due to “anti money laundering practices”.
As if money launderers use their ACTUAL ID. They probably saw my abundance of melanin in my license picture and assumed I was someone horrible.
The App needs some work

The company and idea is cool. The app is terrible though. It constantly logs you out while just scrolling through the app and you have to sign in every single time you open. Also it freezes a lot. Just offering some constructive feedback.
Difficult to use

The app is really difficult to use because I constantly get logged out. And since it doesn’t support Face ID, logging in again requires manually entering information again which is a pain.
That said, I do like the Arrived platform, and so if they ever fix this issue I’ll update my rating, but right now, the app is barely usable.
