Club iPhone Issues and Solutions

How to fix Club app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Club app on iPhone
Update Club app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Club iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Club on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Club network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Club Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Club not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Club App
1. On android, goto Settings » Club » click [Force Stop]

Update Club to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Club App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Club » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Club.

Fix Club unable to contact server/ Club internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Club » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Club » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
