If you are looking for an authentic training program and not a stolen idea to a program that already exists, then this is NOT the one. I was hoping for something new and exciting for my weightlifting training. Yet, I am walking away realizing I wasted my money on a greedy copy only trying to make a buck. Back to the drawing board. :(
Weightliftingai is a bit quirky and takes a while to get the hang of. Not much is said up front and you have to manipulate settings if you truly want to customize your program. Updates are infrequent and not announced. But if you follow the program you’ll probably see your lifts go up.
You’ll get an invite to a discord server which is a good place to get feedback and talk about weightlifting.
But the customer service is terrible. Free training camp attendance is advertised as a perk for annual subscribers. When they offered a training camp, there was no $0 option for annual subscribers. The owner told me to pick the monthly subscriber option and I would get reimbursed. After three months of back and forth, I still have no reimbursement and he stopped responding to my messages. There does not seem to be a “customer service” option on Weightliftingai or through the website.

You know when you go to that site and they say it’s free, then you spend 10 minutes filling out the information only to run into a “enter your credit card info” at the end? Such a wanker move.

I have tried to sign up for over 2 weeks. Each time Weightliftingai crashes.
Weightliftingai will give you a pretty good program based on your best lifts and your goals, but you can do most of the things the program does by yourself for free. The only downside of doing that is that you’ll have to take some time learning how to program for olympic weightlifting and all the nuances that come with it.
If you dont have solid technique on your lifts Weightliftingai is not for you, become proficient with your technique and get stable 1 Rm’s before considering paying for Weightliftingai.
Another issue is if you dont know what mistakes you are making in your technique Weightliftingai won’t help you, so you have to know what you’re doing wrong and make tweaks to the program to add corrective exercises.
I really like the concept of Weightliftingai . The execution is also actually quite good considering the complexity of developing a good program with all of the variables that go into training.
Good stuff

2. Relatively simple to use
3. The programming and progression for the main lifts seems solid.
4. I really like how it handles rating the main lifts. (3 lights, and RIR)
However there are a couple of weak points. Before I go into them I should note that they have announced a new version of Weightliftingai that is supposed to address some of these issues.
1. Obfuscation. There is basically no information on why the programming is organized the way it is, sometimes it can feel random.
2. Accessories programming. This is a huge weak point. There is no progressive overload, or periodization for accessories. It feels like it just picks a random movement, random rep range, and will only prescribe a weight equal to whatever you did last in that accessory regardless of rep range or set number.
3. General bugs. There is a good amount of buggy behavior in the programming. For example it frequently puts in more sessions of pulls per week than I have set as the maximum for the week.
4. Support. There is a discord server with a QA, bug reports, and new user help channels. I’ve only been in the server for a couple of weeks. However most questions and posts go unanswered. If there is a response to a help request it is almost always from a community member, not from the devs.
Weightliftingai was the perfect solution for me as I was relocating and between gyms. While I’ve moved on to in-person coaching (the folks at Weightlifting House do say Weightliftingai is the best way to go other than having a dedicated coach for your every session), I had a great experience while I was on Weightliftingai . I think the most impressive part was definitely the fact that it was constantly being updated. The team is really invested, both in developing Weightliftingai to be better and better as well as providing coaching through the community platform. Highly recommmend!
Weightliftingai is absolutely brilliant. You plug in your existing lifts and it generates a program based off your numbers - but it’s not just that. Rate each lift throughout the workout and Weightliftingai can sense if you’re having a rough vs great day and adjust the weights for you.
New programming for the next week is generated at the end of the past week, and Weightliftingai can clearly identify your weak points and tailor next week’s program to them.
It seems that no two programs are alike! I’ve already hit big PRs on Weightliftingai .
Unless you have a coach 24/7 watching every lift, there is nothing comparable to the powers of Weightliftingai. It even pairs well with coached athletes. Coaches can focus on the technique and execution of the lifts. Leave the programming to the robots.
Weightliftingai is a workin progress, what it was in May is not what Weightliftingai is now and won’t be what Weightliftingai is in future. Fixes seem to come in pretty quick. The ability to have your program adjust to the realities of life as a weightlifting hobbyist is a godsend.
It’s not perfect, but the team se ma to be legitimately pushing for it which is all you can ask for.
Weightliftingai has been an amazing way to regulate my sessions day to day, manage my fatigue, and not feel discouraged on days I wasn’t doing as well, because Weightliftingai took care of all of it!

I recently started using weightlifting.ai to prepare for my comeback to competition after taking a year off. I have to say, I am thoroughly impressed with the program and its ability to help me get back into top form.
One of the things that drew me to weightlifting.ai was the involvement of Max Aita. I had the pleasure of working with him four years ago and knew that anything he was a part of would be phenomenal. I was not disappointed.
The program is tailored specifically for weightlifting and is designed to help athletes of all levels improve their technique and increase their strength. The exercises are challenging but doable, and the progressions are clearly laid out. The support from the coaches and community is also top-notch.
I highly recommend weightlifting.ai to anyone looking to take their weightlifting to the next level. Whether you're just starting or looking to get back into competition, weightlifting.ai has something to offer.
Was really excited for this and would have thought since max worked alongside with the people who developed JuggernautAI Weightliftingai would have some or really close features to it and for the price of $53.00 (tax) it’s a really watered down version of the JuggernautAI, especially to have a price tag of this much where JuggernautAI is only 34 with way more features, unfortunately I’m sadden to write the review but I’ve never been a fan of companies selling mediocre product for a high value especially when the product isn’t up to those standards. Sorry guys you had plenty of time to develop this correctly especially having a blueprint as successful as the JuggernautAI not this google spreadsheet crap
