I’m in the middle of a smoke and need access to my thermometer. But I forgot my password and the reset link isn’t working. Now I have to create a new account and set up the thermometer again to regain access. Jerks. I’m sick to death of companies requiring an account for what should be simple local connectivity.
Unable to sync fryer to device

I have tried using both my iphone and ipad and have good wifi and am unable to sync with my devices, which makes the app unusable.

It would be great to have custom presets for your favorite foods. They have presets for other foods but you cannot make your own!
