navmix as stopped working on my i pad a couple of days ago

I recently got a new phone (Samsung A53). Using Smartswitch I transferred all my Apps from my old phone (Samsung A7) successfully. But Navmix won't open now. I just get the "buffering circle". There is no option to log in again. What can I do?

Hi, My Navmix was not opening so I uninstalled it, thought if I reloaded it problems might be fixed,but been to APP store and Navmix not available till 25th July do I have to wait till then,,,,I am not very good with apps and problems with internet….. Clue less O.A.P LOL

How to fix Navmix app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Navmix app on iPhone
Update Navmix app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Navmix iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Navmix on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Navmix network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Navmix Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Navmix not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Navmix App
1. On android, goto Settings » Navmix » click [Force Stop]

Update Navmix to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Navmix App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Navmix » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Navmix.

Fix Navmix unable to contact server/ Navmix internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Navmix » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Navmix » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Navmix
