Poor customer service
I purchased a camera that was compatible with this app. Upon trying to set it up, I realized that it wasn’t going to work for me. I had to return the camera the same day that I purchased it. The subscription for this app was canceled minutes after the purchase because I could not use the product and the app refuses to give me a refund. Now I’m being charged for a year and I’m not even able to use the app. It’s unfair and that’s poor customer service. I wouldn’t recommend this app to anyone.

Won’t let me see
It keeps forcing me to try and get their free plan but I don’t want to and as soon as I click cancel it kicks me out the camera. I shouldn’t have to get something that’s “free” if your just gonna kick me out every time I click cancel or basically saying I don’t want it
