I purchased a camera that was compatible with HomeSecurityCamera. Upon trying to set it up, I realized that it wasn’t going to work for me. I had to return the camera the same day that I purchased it. The subscription for HomeSecurityCamera was canceled minutes after the purchase because I could not use the product and HomeSecurityCamera refuses to give me a refund. Now I’m being charged for a year and I’m not even able to use HomeSecurityCamera . It’s unfair and that’s poor customer service. I wouldn’t recommend HomeSecurityCamera to anyone.
It keeps forcing me to try and get their free plan but I don’t want to and as soon as I click cancel it kicks me out the camera. I shouldn’t have to get something that’s “free” if your just gonna kick me out every time I click cancel or basically saying I don’t want it
I finally purchased the subscription and now HomeSecurityCamera being used as the camera keeps crashing. 🤦🏻♀️

Worked great the first few times, now I cannot connect any devices. Tried the QR code and the link neither work. Do not waste your time!
I can see the icons of the video that it records, but will not let me play it. It would be nice to be able to see the video kind of the ideal here.
