mySanitas is a lawsuit waiting to happen. I read the good reviews and bad reviews and decided to try anyway. The bad reviews are accurate. You’re having technological issues that could drastically effect the safety and health of your patients. I’ve seen my doctor online, I’ve had an account for a long time. No problems until I downloaded and used mySanitas . First it said I did not have an account. This is incorrect. Then when I used the chat help they told me they were unable to help. Then when I tried to sign in with the info that is directly connected to my account online, which is how integration works, I was locked out and blocked from my account and access. When I called the help line they said it would take at least 48 hours to get a tech person to call me back. This is not acceptable. If this had happened three days ago to me it really would’ve effected my ability to see my specialist. The glitches and the long wait time to even begin trying to fix what wasn’t broken, my account, opens Sanitas to potentially huge liability. What if someone was in the middle of a medical emergency and this happened? You really need to fix mySanitas, fix the integration of online to app to account, and you need to provide much faster tech help solutions. mySanitas is a real problem and will open you to liability at some point if this continues. Your service overall is a great model but mySanitas is a liability. It NEEDS to be fixed.

mySanitas really needs the ability to revisit text chat histories with the healthcare providers. Whenever you try to have a text conversation with the healthcare provider, if your phone screen turns off for a few minutes while you’re waiting for them to reply, then you often lose the chat history and have to start again providing them with your name date of birth location, phone number, and describing your health issues again. This is a feature I use most frequently in mySanitas and it’s really frustrating that this is how it works.

Although you will get notified you have received a new “message” from your provider, there is no tab to retrieve messages. This should be one of the main components of any health provider app to have a clear and easy way to communicate and receive correspondence with your provider. But mySanitas fails to have this basic feature. It also does not record your past/future encounter. Bad all across.

I don’t understand how anyone can give mySanitas five stars. It must be friends or employees rating mySanitas. This is the worst app I’ve ever downloaded loaded that doesn’t work from the beginning. Tried numerous times to create an account and it kept giving me an error for my phone number. Tried talking to chat to explain issue and no one ever showed up on the chat. Worst app ever. Had to give it one star because they didn’t have an option to give it a zero. Please get rid of mySanitas

There’s so many issues from the beginning. Trying to create an account had glitches. It’s just not working properly. Also after I made my first appointment and hit the confirmation button, the screen just went blank. No message of confirmation. It didn’t bring me back to the Home Screen. Just blank. There’s things that need to be worked on for this to be a successful app. If I didn’t have to use it for insurance purposes I would have deleted mySanitas .

Worst doctors I’ve ever been to. I should be able to verbally speak to my doctor when I call the office not be transferred to a hotline someone in another state all together is in. Furthermore mySanitas needs to stop blocking my account. These people never remind me to set appointments or keep track of my old appointments for me to make future ones. And when and if I do ever check mySanitas they always block my account with no reason given and if it’s because I wasn’t active then there should be a notification warning about when the account will be blocked. Common sense would tell you to have a feature like that but I forgot you guys couldn’t care less about us patients. Sad you call yourselves a doctors office.

Why is it that a company like yours cannot design a useful, respetable app for its costumers/members? Are you not embarrassed? mySanitas, like the previous one, is a total disaster. I’m reading the five stars and wondering if it’s that you pay people to give you five stars or if those people are your employees or if they’re point blank fools, because this cannot be rated 4-5 stars at all. For starters, you can even sign into mySanitas , and if you try to recover your password, it tells you the info is wrong.
I never write reviews but I had to this time. Please respect your members, and design something worthwhile and useful. Something that can actually be used. -Thank you.

I have been using mySanitas over 2 years and I can't explain how excellent mySanitas is, anytime I would like to connect or make an appointment it is very convenient, super easy to look at my history, results and medication. If I could leave a 10/10 I would super happy with this app app!❤️❤️

I love mySanitas and all the services it provides for me! Its about time virtual services are more accessible to patient and with mySanitas I am able to speak with or be seen by a doctor 24/7. I love how easy it is to chat with a provider and am really looking forward to what features will be added in the future

Highly recommend. You are able to see a provider through camera if you’re sick or need anything. You are able to see your results and any other document on your account. Please download you will need it !!

I’ve even using mySanitas since I started seeing Sanitas and is a total success. In a matter of minutos I connect with a provider and he helps me with whatever I need. mySanitas has never given me any problems and I can connect at any time , from anywhere I am. I love it!

An amazing tool that allows you to have access to your health 24/7! I am able to reach a provider at any given moment for anything. I appreciate the fact that I can access my labs and records through mySanitas . A must have App if you are a Sanitas patient!
