Sunday evening, May 10, 2026, I phoned customer service for a query about a fee. The woman agent couldn't or wouldn't answer questions. Instead, she repeated comments having nothing to do with my question. I became frustrated, she stated she's reporting me as a rude customer when all the while she was rude talking over me & simply would not communicate. Now all attempts at phoning, a message stating I'm unauthorized to call the number. I've tried other AAA sig numbers & receive the same bot notice. Have had trouble with this card & customer care since obtaining this card. Once paid off, this card becomes trash. Very rude representatives.
I got a email. from bread finanical was told they could not process my application because. Y social security number was connected to an account in different name than mine. at COMENITY BANK. How can I find out who is using my ss number thank you. SHIRLEY FERGUSON
I want to make a payment but have no info to get this done.
I accidentally blocked number that Bread sent pass code to me. Now I can't get Bread to send me a pass code, to open my account. My phone number is (507-706-0700) I also cannot bring message up from Bread, on my phone. Is there a way you can help me. Thank You Mike Urbanski

I was told to download this app in order to manage my card because I didn’t want to have to keep using a website. The Midas card is still not available on this app yet I was told this is where I should go to manage my card? Someone should update your AI responses or let your employees know that Midas isn’t supported in the app. This was just a waste of my time. I have all of my other cards in accessible apps, this is the only card I have that I have to make sure to set a reminder in my calendar to make my payments because there is no way to get notifications unless you sign up for paper billing, and that’s just not a thing I am trying to do. If they ever add Midas or send me a new message to apologize for their error, I’ll update this but as for now, this app is useless if you’re a Midas card holder.

i WAS happy to see that an app for my bread rewards account had finally came out, but i would soon to find out that with in the next day my hard was hacked into and also my information was stolen.
not sure if it was a coincidence or what but feels like it’s starting to be a domino affect from downloading the app.
also customer service is not the greatest and i have also been wait on an authorized user card for months. i have requested twice already and nothing is ever sent.

Why can’t BreadRewards AMEX be like any other credit card company? If a payment is due on July 7th, then your customers should be allowed to make payment by 11:59p on July 7th. Why should your customers remember that payment should be posted by 5p on their due date; if not, then a late payment will be assessed. This just makes me to use your card less, especially when other companies have better rewards for purchases. Just so disappointed……
