I took me 5 times to successfully login.
Every time it stucks on enable bio screen with infinite progress indicator.

Please, send minimal functionality but possible to works stable.

I have been trying for a week to get past the terms of use. Once I click the I agree box it will not leave that page. Very frustrating

I setup my account on the website with no issue I have now downloaded the mobile app and signed in with my credentials but after it prompts me to accept the terms and conditions, I click the box and nothing happens. There is no option to continue. I have deleted and downloaded again and am still stuck on the first page. Very disappointing.

To CreditAcceptance developers. Trash CreditAcceptance and start from scratch!! Every time you do an update it gets worse!! I was managing to use CreditAcceptance with little effort but now, OMG!!!!! And I have to pay to make a payment!! I’ll just go back to receiving a bill in the mail and paying by check. CreditAcceptance is a disaster to navigate.

I installed CreditAcceptance as well and I can’t get past the login. I read the terms I agreed and the screen doesn’t move you’re just stuck i uninstalled it reinstalled it I’ve turned my phone off, turned it back on and it still doesn’t work so y’all need to get tech support to find out what’s going on with CreditAcceptance

Navigation through CreditAcceptance is not good. Gets stuck on terms and conditions. But if you click on payments in that notice, it takes you to the web page. Where you could sign in and make a payment. Not a savvy app. You are better off, bookmarking.

From CreditAcceptance keep clearing my login so I have to manually login in is crazy then why when I try to pay you take it from card when I used it but it’s not letting me change my cvv so when I use the bank acc number to pay why can’t y’all take it on the day I’m trying to pay. Why wait until tmr y’all are a waste of time and trying to get more off ppl can’t wait until this is done I’m seriously done dealing with y’all company and CreditAcceptance 💯

I downloaded CreditAcceptance thinking it would be easier instead of using my browser but it will not let me sign in on CreditAcceptance which makes no sense i can sign in on the browser so i know all my login info is correct. So i am very disappointed.

You guys need a fix the forgot password ,it always failed .

CreditAcceptance was working good when I got it now it doesn’t. It used to show my account now it doesn’t I on download it and re-download it same issue.

CreditAcceptance makes it impossible to pay your bill. Then you have to call to pay your bill and get charged to pay your bill!! Make it make sense.

I thought it would be simpler to download and use CreditAcceptance , and it would be…if I was ever able to use CreditAcceptance . It won’t let me get past the sign in screen and I know my login information is 100% correct, so that’s not the problem. I’ve never had any issues whatsoever while logging into my account online. I read all of the reviews before I downloaded CreditAcceptance and the majority of them were not so great, to say the least. I just figured that there are always a few people who give awful reviews because some people are just never satisfied no matter what kind of service they receive, but in this case, I should have listened to those reviews because they’re 100% spot on. Plus it wasn’t just a few people saying negative things. The majority of the reviews were the negative ones, instead of vice versa, like it usually goes with things like this. So hopefully, my review might save others from wasting their time with even trying to get CreditAcceptance to work. Seriously, I’m tired of fighting with it and trying to log in to my account when I know I’m putting in the right login info. Save yourself some time and trouble. Don’t even bother trying to make CreditAcceptance work….it won’t.

Every time I attempt to log into CreditAcceptance , it gives me the “Authentication failed, please try again.” Error. I have not been able to log into my account even a single time.

Why create an app that can not be used. I added it and deleted 3 times trying to get CreditAcceptance to let me past the acceptance page. Once you click the box there was nothing else to scroll to and the back button didn’t even work. This would be an awesome app to add to help keeping up with my car payment. Y’all should really look into fixing that issue.

I’ve reset my password twice and still unable to login through CreditAcceptance . It keeps prompting a message “unable to authenticate” as if my account isn’t register then I tried the signup option but as I thought my info shows up as register!

Can’t get past where you accept terms of use. After reading terms of use and checking the accept box, CreditAcceptance just freezes. Won’t allow to even go back.
I have tried several times. I have even uninstalled and reinstalled. It won’t work on my iPhone 13 max.

It won’t let me get past terms of service. I’ve scrolled the whole terms and visited the link in blue but still nothing, it’s froze up. I was looking forward to CreditAcceptance but now it’s just as difficult as going to the website. Deleting……I’ll be so glad when I pay my loan off Credit Acceptance is the worst.

It would really be nice if you fix the login problem I’ve updated CreditAcceptance and I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled CreditAcceptance but I still have to enter my information every time I open CreditAcceptance instead of being able to use faceid why even have it as an option to use if CreditAcceptance makes you manually login every time you open CreditAcceptance

Stays glitching.
Can’t log in when I need to. Most times I end up online. What’s the purpose of CreditAcceptance , if I still have to go online. Crashes and doesn’t load when you need to make payments. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling it and still won’t open. I thought it needed to update but it don’t. Just a blank screen when I try to use CreditAcceptance . This has happen multiple times.
If I get a message, I can’t even view on app, gotta go to website. Annoying and frustrating

I’m having a problem with the terms of use page. I read it all the way through I checked the box at the bottom of the page but there is no continue button I can’t get past that point. So I really have no idea what the actual app is about. Extremely frustrating.

Logging in is extremely hard as you have to do it manually every time even though I enabled Face ID. Another issue is it is extremely slow and freezes at every new page. I have to close it and reopen it multiple times just to get a payment done.

Really would be much more convenient for the consumers of CreditAcceptance to be able to login with Face ID from iPhone, it used to work but hasn't since I downloaded CreditAcceptance rather than using the website? Please fix this issue!

My app keeps closing out right after i tap on it. I have updated it and deleted it and redownloaded it and still does the same thing.

App works mediocre at best on a tablet (iPad in my case). Completely useless on an iPhone (14 pro max) because I can’t get passed the screen to check the box for terms & conditions. Haven’t been able to get past it in 4 months. No update has fixed it yet! Save your time and just use their web portal.

Although there are claims of fixing this issue in more than a few previous reviews, the Face ID button still does absolutely nothing.

Why does CreditAcceptance force you to save your payment method? when all your trying to do make a payment.

CreditAcceptance is simple & user friendly. My only complaint is the sign-in process. It’s 2023. We're in the age of biometric technology. It’s inconvenient to have to constantly type in our email & password every time we open CreditAcceptance . If I want to quickly log in to grab information, I should be able to quickly access that information. Allow users the option of signing in using facial recognition.

It won’t let me on CreditAcceptance anymore. Anytime I open it, it says No Internet Connection. But I have service and/or connected to Wi-Fi each time.

The “Sign in with your Face ID” is not working.. either fix it or remove it as an option because it’s tedious to keep having to enter your email/password

I have had CreditAcceptance for almost 3 years now, in the beginning it was great. The past few months every time I try to log in it says there’s no internet and it won’t let me. I have deleted CreditAcceptance and reinstalled it, it didn’t change anything. When I could use it, it was great!

I was having issues at first but got through it, if anyone is struggling to get passed the login screen then I recommend this

1.just click forgot password
(This would obviously make you change your password so make sure you remember)

2. Once your done changing it, it’s going to make you wait a while but if it doesn’t load then, close CreditAcceptance then reopen it then, just type in your email and your new password

This should work out for you guys since it did happen to me (Hope I helped someone out)

I just left a review because the update wouldn’t let me back into my account but once I tried opening it from the “open” button that shows up right after it updates vs going back to CreditAcceptance .. it worked. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I’m really glad I can finally use an app for my car payments. Very convenient! The only reason why I didn’t give it five stars, is because I don’t like how I can’t see my previous payments. And I cannot see how much more I owe on my car. I know I can call, but I would much prefer to just see it on my app than to wait for somebody to answer my call. Otherwise, it’s great!

So easy to use. It’s so great to be able to pay my car payment with a few clicks. Thank you Credit Acceptance!

I’m really glad they finally made an app. I logged in quick, they already had my information, and I set up Face ID. I hated opening google and logging in manually all the time. All my cards are saved, I can easily make payments, and it’s only one click away now. Thanks Credit Acceptance for making an app!

So glad they finally made an app! It was such a hassle going into the browser every time I wanted to make a payment. Used CreditAcceptance for the first time today and it was so easy!
