How to fix Clever app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Clever app on iPhone
Update Clever app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Clever iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Clever on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Clever network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix Clever not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Clever App
1. On android, goto Settings » Clever » click [Force Stop]

Update Clever to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Clever App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Clever » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Clever.

Fix Clever unable to contact server/ Clever internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Clever » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Clever » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
