This app is clearly not ready for use yet. They have so many issues to figure out. The terms of service are not clear enough. It says there’s a commission but says nowhere, absolutely nowhere what the fee is. Shipping prices are not clear. I messed with it to try and buy an item to see how it works. One said I wasn’t allowed to buy and 1 said First Class. So is the site guessing weights on items or what? They let you import from Posh and Depop which I thought was unique and great. Transferred over 1400 listings. Almost every single one had an issue of some kind, like not all pictures transferring over, condition or size being wrong. Went to watch someone’s live show and someone asked how much shipping would be. The seller knew the exact weight and could not provide an answer BECAUSE JAMBLE DOESN’T SAY. Anywhere! Be very very careful. Tread lightly. Resellers? You only have so many hours in the day. Don’t waste it on something that can’t get the basics right. Hopefully they’ll improve.

This app is awful in comparison to others for selling. The tech is terrible, there’s no support or communication, it glitches constantly, and they’re trying new initiatives where they pay failed influencers instead of supporting their current sellers. This app won’t last at this rate. There’s a reason it failed overseas and is growing slower than other apps like WN in the last year. They provide you with no communication on anything, even if there’s a case on a sale. You’re left in the dark. They don’t care about sellers. There’s also like no buyers at all. They won’t listen to any feedback either and constantly gaslights everyone. When they do respond to support tickets, they always send the wrong response to something I didn’t even say. And the rankings / popularity contest thing and boosting shows that the reseller manager likes and only them, is high school vibes. It’s a turn off.

I’ve had Jamble for awhile now and have been a seller for a few months. They increased the shipping cost of all items now depending on where you live in relation to the seller. Shipping used to be the cost plus $1 for each additional item, now it has gone up significantly causing buyers to have to almost pay full price for shipping TWICE then $1 per item after that. This makes me not want to buy due to the ridiculous shipping cost and hurts as a seller because people are not buying. They are also micromanaging sellers and watching every little thing they say and do, but yet refuse to ban actual people that cause problems or do not pay. The app started great and then went downhill fast over the past few months. Can hardly even watch a live anymore without bots or children spamming the chat with nonsense.
