Worst sports book out of all the ones available to bet on. They have really nothing to offer and make you jump through unnecessary hoops to get your money. They made a huge deal when I deposited $20 and didn’t bet it so I withdrew it right away and they held my money until I have them a reason why I did that and proof of bank statement/identity. They had no problem when I deposited and lost money so it’s mind boggling. USE ANOTHER SPORTSBOOK. They do have a good sign up promo so just use them for that.

After reading all the bad reviews, I felt obligated to leave a good one because these guys deserve one.

I’ve never had a problem withdrawing. All online books have terms and conditions - if you read them and send in your ID, etc, you won’t have any issues. I’ll admit their customer service leaves something to be desired, but they’re getting better. Online betting is new in AZ and they’re a small book, so they’re going to have some growing pains. They’re the only true local sportsbook in AZ and they have more boosts than DK, FD, etc. Give them a shot. They have one of the best welcome offers and genuinely seem to care about their players.

DesertDiamondSports is incredibly basic and runs slow at peak times, the account balance doesn’t update after you place bets, You have to close DesertDiamondSports and open it back up to get a correct balance. I deposited for the bonus of 250 match I used that and spent a little money now that I’m trying to withdraw they are asking for all sorts of paper and identification and when I upload them they say not good enough, the same thing happened to my friend, they set up all these road blocks preventing you from getting your money, im sick of having to email Maria and Natasha to have them tell me thank for your cooperation, they used there verification process to withdraw my money and won’t put it back into the same account, bottom line there is 10 + better options for a sportsbook app in Arizona use someone else

I did enjoy using DesertDiamondSports, but I will be deleting it. I signed up, won some but lost more. However, when I actually won big, they denied my payout...they said due to the promotion I used I needed to gamble more. I then gambled more and won a few more times...i was finally able to requests a withdraw and made 3 separate withdrawals within a week. They made me verify a bunch of stuff and after I did, I only received 2 of 3 withdrawals. (I was missing my largest one). Now, I'm having to just through hoops to get the money I won from them. The stuff I have to do and the sensitive documents I have to provide is not worth the 100 bucks I won. I’ll just post this review and move on to another app.

I usually use draft kings but decided to try this one because of the welcome promo of deposit match. Except even when you meet their requirements, your winnings are split in half for “bonus balance” which you cannot cash out. Scam. Bait and switch. How is this not technically stealing?? I’m not playing with Monopoly money here. If I bet 100 and win 300, I expect that 300. Not only 150 of it. Reached out to support to complain. Depending on their response and if they can rectify this, I’ll definitely be taking anything they will give me back and leave. What a joke. It’s not worth the headache, please read the reviews first and stay away. I really wish I read reviews first.

Horrible company and app. Like many other companies, they have a long list of terms and conditions for you to accept. However, they clearly wrote these T&Cs to enable them to withhold people’s money. They don’t see any need to verify your identity when they’re taking your money, but the second you want it back, verification is required.

I didn’t even accrue any winnings. I just want my initial deposit back, and I’m being asked to send photos of my license, photos of the debit card I used, and photos of a utility bill. Unheard of. Avoid DesertDiamondSports and use FanDuel or WynnBET or literally any other sports book than these frauds.

It’s not my favorite Sportsbook, but the signup bonus is nice with very easy to follow requirements. Super easy to deposit and withdraw the funds once I bet through my deposit amount 1X. Not sure what all the complaints on withdrawals are about. As soon as I met the bonus spend requirement, I withdrew my money and had the money in my bank account in the same day. No complaints here.

They will let you place a nice long parlay but when you win it they will have you jump hoops to withdraw it. Customer service seems to be via chat or email since phone service will take you to voicemail and if you show up to the casino they will tell you to use that app since it is supposedly handled through a third party. Once you do jump through their hoops they will find another issue to not pay you out and only give you back your initial deposit you make to place the wager. Stick to BetMgm or FanDuel. DesertDiamondSports is a complete scam.

Looking at the past reviews it could be that those were issues that were resolved before I signed up
Decent promo bonus , nice boost , after my first withdrawal ( took a couple days ) the rest have been fast. Only issue is other books to offer a reward system that they do not.

Won over $2500 on DesertDiamondSports and now I’m trying to withdraw. After seeing my withdraw pending for almost a week I decided to reach out to customer service for possibly the worst “service” I’ve ever experienced. It’s been almost two weeks now since initially trying to withdraw my funds and literally no progress is made. I’ve asked to speak to managers or a real person and just get hung up on. I have no idea what I need to do to get my money at this point but it seems like it’s just gone.

This is app and the customer service is full of crap and are thief’s. How are you giving the option to cash out but then when you click on it nothing happens. Actually something does happen the wager keeps going up and they keep giving you the option to cash out but it will never go through. They tease you and steal your money. I will never spend money in DesertDiamondSports even if you send me 10k in free bets. You lost one of many customers. I suggest sticking to Betmgm and FanDuel!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Almost didn’t download due to reviews, but glad I did. DesertDiamondSports is quick and and very easy to find games to place wagers on. No reason to complain.

Really enjoyed DesertDiamondSports, super easy to use and find my fav teams. I thought sports betting would be hard online as only tried it in the Desert Diamond Casino but it was almost identical to using it there. Also love all the offers and got that $250 bonus for signing up. Defo gonna keep trying DesertDiamondSports.

DesertDiamondSports is terrible. I won over $2000 in winnings but because of their “terms and conditions” my winnings got wiped out and only took home $580. DesertDiamondSports will let you make bets but then will say it doesn’t count after you win. Why even let the person make the bet if you can’t take home the winnings? The functionality of DesertDiamondSports is horrible, the customer service and live chat is horrible. Can’t get simple answers from them nor do they give you answers in a timely fashion. Terrible Terrible app. DO NOT DOWNLOAD OR USE THEIR SPORTSBOOK

I don’t want to say their names, but every time I interact with customer service, I am treated with respect and dignity. For someone like me, that means a lot. I may not play here too often, but am beyond joyed that even as a part time player, I am given VIP-like respect. It’s all one can ask for!

These guys will take your money no questions asked but when it’s time to withdrawal they will give you a hard time. If your win a parlay with a boost they will cut you off from using the promotion. I placed 4 ufc parlays and lost 3 by one leg and won one nice parlay and they still took the boost away from my account. What a joke. I have over 10 Sportsbook’s and don’t have a complaint about any one of them. Dont want to make these guys look bad but they don’t care about their customers only profit.

I use a lot of different books and none have required the documentation this one does in order to withdraw. It’s not worth it when other apps are better designed and simpler to add and withdraw money.

Part of the required documentation is a utility bill? That seems like overkill. But I have to upload all these documents now just to get my money back. I wouldn’t have added this to my sportsbook apps if I knew how difficult it would be to withdraw.

There’s a lot of issues with DesertDiamondSports . I originally created an account the the begging of June 2023 to receive ghe $250 match bonus for new customers and I didn’t even receive the bonus. They also have withdrawn $250 THREE times after opening my account without my permission. I end up getting the money back days later but I have to go through a loop to get the money back. Horrible app just use the big apps like Fanduel because this one is a mess.

I was approached by a rep at a bar who talked me into downloading DesertDiamondSports for “free” money. He placed the bets for me, where in theory I won $450. However, in order to get the funds they are asking for proof of identity including pictures of my passport and credit card. I expressed discomfort and now they are holding the money hostage. I have requested my initial deposit back, and forfeit the winnings and they still will not give the money back. They basically stole my money and now I’m at a loss of what to do. DO NOT DOWNLOAD.

They will make it so hard for you to withdraw your winnings. I had $509 that I had won off of a baseball parlay. When the bet settled it settled as a bonus so I was not able to withdraw my funds. There chat support team is not willing to help you whatsoever they actually are the opposite and will just ignore you or just send you the email link to there email support team which is even worse!!! I know it might seem they have good promos but they WILL KEEP YOUR MONEY!!!!

Let me start by saying I never leave reviews, but this was such a bad experience I had to.

It started with their promo which is why I used DesertDiamondSports . They offered a deposit bonus up to $250. What is not clear is that you’re not able to use the bonus independent of the funds you deposit. It appears you have to use half of your funds and half the bonus for a bet. This is not a great bonus considering almost every other sports betting app gives you a deposit bonus (new customers) that you can use independent of what you put in.

When I did out $250 into DesertDiamondSports. It initially said it didn’t go through for one card then I used another, just for them to take $250 on both cards.

It has taken days for me to get my money. It’s been 9 and I still haven’t gotten my withdrawal. While some apps make you show you proof of id, address, etc at the beginning, DesertDiamondSports allows you to make a deposit and bet, but waits until you make a withdrawal to ask for that documentation. Then they use it as an excuse to hold your money.

When I called customer service about this issue and brought up that FD and DK didn’t have these hoops to jump through, the agent told me it is because they are national and DesertDiamondSports is just in Arizona and don’t have to abide by the same restrictions. So by their own statement, those other apps are more convenient.

Safe yourself the headache and use something else.

This is absolute trash. There are way too many competitors to waste your time with this sportsbook. No, I will not waste my time and reach out to your support email either. You people are incompetent fools. It's clear their customer service, and developers are not very good at what they do. I recommend this whole company bring competent people in, which would pretty much be a whole company overhaul. Glad to have deleted account and app!!! Desert Diamond is the next WynnBet. I cannot wait for them to go under. Praying for their downfall 🙏

I was using the application as normal as was doing nothing illegally or wrong. I asked to withdraw money from my account and the very next day I got an email saying that I had violated policies and that my account would be closed. They said they would refund me all of my deposits but that I would forfeit my winnings which was a couple hundred dollars. BEWARE! This is a total scam. Use other sites like DraftKings and FanDuel. Never had an issue with those.

After reviewing others, I’m shocked by all the ones who had issues. I downloaded DesertDiamondSports to get the awesome deposit match promo of $250 and they matched me instantly! All the money I won was easily cashed out when just following instructions! I also think DesertDiamondSports is one of the more user friendly ones!

This bookie drags out the withdrawal process to the absolute max! also they don’t do withdraws on the weekends not sure why because every single sports app I’ve ever used lets you withdrawal on weekends also the sign up bonus is incredibly weak compared to competitors DesertDiamondSports freezes constantly doesn’t update balances unless you log out and log back in DesertDiamondSports will make you log in 5 times and still tell you your not signed in they may have actually hired a 6 year old to create DesertDiamondSports the list goes on DesertDiamondSports is so slow and bugged to the max
