PAROPS is nothing but buggy. My first bug was something our whole workplace experienced and wouldn’t let us log in even with the correct credentials. That has happened to me multiple times since even with the correct credentials. And now I can’t even choose a date for time off for a very important day. And there’s no place in PAROPS where I can report bugs. Perfect example of how not to make an app.
My work recently starting using PAROPS and it is horrible. It logs a lot of us out every single day. I specially forgot my password and when trying to reset it, it makes me put my current password that I don’t know in how stupid can PAROPS be
i’ve been trying to log in for the past couple weeks for the first time and every time i try to log in it says invalid user. my manager and i have tried everything we could. i didn’t have the version before this, but i don’t know why it won’t even let me log in. i need to be able to see my schedule
My job just switched over. I can’t see the shifts available so I’m never able to pick up and I can never log in
PAROPS will not let me log in to my schedule and now I’m not even able to use the online portal it forces me to an app that I can’t use how am I supposed to see my schedule
I literally tried to create a user by pressing the “First Time User” button and whenever i put my email in, it says “login not found.”
Currently trying to put in my time off for the week and when I select a date it doesn’t work.
Cheap and sad excuse of an app, what does our employer pay you for if you can’t even have an app that keeps you signed in. Not to mention it makes you completely reset your password twice in one day. 1 star because at least you give me an extra 5-10 minutes of resetting my password at work while I’m getting paid other wise full of bugs and it’s a huge inconvenience.
Been using it a bit but half of the stuff never works. All of the things like messaging, time off and availability never work. It says it sent but then I have to email and check if my manager got the message and she didn’t.
PAROPS has been super buggy lately with all the new updates but this newest one has to be the worst. I’m constantly signed out every time I open PAROPS now. This is very inconvenient having to sign in multiple times throughout the day.
When I try to log in it comes up with an error saying “network unavailable” I have deleted PAROPS and retried same thing happens. I tried it on another device on the same wifi and it has let me logged in. Why won’t it let me log in on my main device?
I’ve never had an app force me to update so frequently, just to still be the most mid scheduling app available. If you’re going to make me update to check my schedule, at least update it to be functional and efficient. If you’re gonna stay awful, stop forcing useless updates.
PAROPS is awful! Never works, always logs you out, never lets you log back in even with the correct information. And for the cherry on top, when I have to reset my password in order to get myself in, the email never sends. And I’m just stuck locked out. We switched from HotSchedules and I miss it every day.
I went in to look at my work schedule but it logged me out. I tried to reset it but it wouldn’t let me reset it keeps saying login not found and it wouldn’t even send me any email to reset my password for me. Plus it wouldn’t keep me log in to it. Have to me new random passwords all the time. Who chose this kind of app for a workplace. Plus can’t even do much on it too.
Said my password was incorrect but then when I tried to make a new password it said my account never existed! I then tired making a new account with the same email but it didn’t even let me do that, saying [object, Object] for some reason. I tried deleting and redownloading PAROPS and nothing. If I could give a lower star rating I would. Terrible app.
Terrible user interface and always super laggy and constantly singing you out
My work originally used Dayforce, and I’m not gonna lie Dayforce is a bit better. On Dayforce you can see how much you are getting payed and how much taxes were cutting in. On here you don’t get that. Was kinda eh on the switch.
PAROPS is not allowing me to schedule off days that I have events. Please fix!
Everyone with a one star is definitely user error and not PAROPS lol
