It’s a slimy marketing technique to be forced to download an app to view the tickets I just bought on a website. Most apps will allow you to receive the tickets to your email and Fanimal is optional. Users need to stand up to aggressive apps like this and let them know we won’t deal with their marketing tactics that are not in the best interest of the user. I shared a ticket I bought for my girlfriend, assuming she’d be able to view it in her email. Nope, we got to the venue, she opened the shared ticket email and had to install Fanimal right there in line. Poor internet connection because we’re at a huge event so it took 20 minutes to install. A ticketing app should be a painless tool that helps us enjoy the thing we’re actually here to pay for—the concert. You’ve made Fanimal a central part of our evening and the reason for our frustration. I’m telling everyone I know that Fanimal is poison.
I used this app for the first time last week for some football tickets. I was a little skeptical at first, but it was extremely easy to use and I received my tickets in less than 24 hours! I liked that there were no “hidden fees” and the price you see is the price you pay!
Just a heads up, I bought the tickets 3-4 days in advance of the game and I noticed 1 day before & the day of the event, tickets 20 rows higher up than where I was sitting went up $40 per ticket.

Honestly I’ve been suing this app to buy my tickets for a while now and it is MUCH better than the over saturated competition that seems to only care about selling the ticket. this app is awesome, much less fees and all the shows you want guaranteed.

Easy to use and understand interface! Simple and intuitive. I like that when it’s the day of the event it has the tickets right there on the homepage, instead of having to look around for them in Fanimal (I have anxiety and don’t want to hold a line up lol). 10/10 do recommend!

This is by far the smoothest app that I have used to purchase sports/concert tickets. I was able to get a discount on group tickets that other mainstream ticket services don’t provide.
The customer service was great, they accommodated my group and I by having our tickets delivered almost a week earlier than expected.

I use this app exclusively now, the prices are good, and the customer service is amazing compared to Gametime/Ticketmaster. My friend used this app to get his ticket to EDC last year and accidentally closed the band on itself (you have to attach it to your wrist to enter) — everyone said he wouldn’t be able to get in but this app helped him get another band so he could still go to the festival which was above and beyond. 10/10

this app has a good start. I recently used this app to purchase tickets for a sold out concert for New Years Eve and I was extremely impressed with the overall experience. Fanimal is great and very minimalistic and to the point. The experience can be a little faster but I'm sure they're working on upgrading their systems as they grow! The prices were reasonable and there were also no hidden fees or charges. Kudos! That's what we need!
