Tried everything and it just does not work.

This would be a great tool if it worked. AromaRetailLegacy constantly changes the dates and does not link up with the unit. The percentage of oil reads 0 regardless of when I refill it and change it to 100% on AromaRetailLegacy . Good idea, terrible execution.

Can’t use AromaRetailLegacy to schedule cause AromaRetailLegacy crashes when you try to edit

I love the machine and the scents, however every time I touch an event AromaRetailLegacy crashes. Very frustrating. I have not been able to set anything.

Oil level always says zero, no matter how many times I change it. Doesn’t always register changes in app programming.

These guys make great machines and their customer service is amazing but AromaRetailLegacy developer can’t get it right. Probably going to spit in my food for that but it’s super glitching and half the time doesn’t talk to the equipment.

I can’t even create an account because AromaRetailLegacy freezes consistently. Why offer an app that’s so terrible?? If it’s worth doing, shouldn’t it be worth doing well?

AromaRetailLegacy will not connect no matter how many times I tried. Please fire AromaRetailLegacy Developer and hire someone else. This is the feature that led me purchasing my aroma machine from Aroma Retailer. I have no use for a machine that will not connect to my wifi

Go through the process and every time I go to select my device it won’t do anything!!! Then it starts over and never lets me complete! Been doing this for 2 days. Huge disappointment. Paid more to have something I cannot use. Feels like a scam

I was really excited about the unit itself but AromaRetailLegacy functionality (or more accurately unusability) makes me want to return the unit. AromaRetailLegacy is supposed to make the process simple but now I have to use the machine itself which is not very user friendly either.

AromaRetailLegacy is in early development and does not work. Impossible to make WiFi connection needed. Also, the machine is not easy to use. There is no ‘on/off’ option. Way way too many settings. And, I had to pay shipping to return item that did not work. Very frustrating.

I get to the screen that has a button to complete setup and it does nothing when you click it, then it errors out and you have to start over. I’d give 0 stars if possible. The machine works great but not being able to use AromaRetailLegacy is very frustrating as that was one of the main perks to purchase it.

I really wanted to like it but as it stands AromaRetailLegacy doesn’t do anything - it will indicate it is talking to the unit and dispensing scent but actually literally be doing nothing. Even putting it on the schedule in AromaRetailLegacy won’t help. The thing is on, but the communication with AromaRetailLegacy is nonexistent and the interface on the device is a bit too unintuitive. At this point the device just kind of sits there due to the problems with AromaRetailLegacy

App keeps loosing wi-fi connection, have to reset every day. Does not keep correct oil levels. App needs lots of improvements.

I love my machine, however, AromaRetailLegacy is definitely lacking the technology. My oil level shows it is empty every 2-3 days which it is not. I have to continually reset that. It is annoying. The machine does run according to my settings which is great and I can change them at any time. Overall satisfied with my machine, but app needs some work.

As the title states, AromaRetailLegacy is a bit buggy when trying to put events in. AromaRetailLegacy would crash everytime. What I did was turn on and off the aroma retail box and it worked for one event. Other than that setup was straight forward.

AromaRetailLegacy works wonderfully and used Wi-Fi rather than Bluetooth which is wonderful since I want to be able to control the devices where ever I am vs having to be next to the unit using Bluetooth since I have machines in multiple businesses. AromaRetailLegacy is reliable and easy to use.
