I read a lot of reviews about SurveyRetail and lots were bad about payments and who knows what ? But I’ve had so far a smooth positive experience! When I request payment I usually always get it well before the date they say to expect it .

Was referred to by a friend and wasn’t sure what to expect but it’s completely legit and easy to do. I don’t go out of my way because I’m not conveniently close to any of the stores so far but some of the stores I’m in the area from time to time. It’s quick and easy to complete. Some of the quantities are a little high. Buying a min of 13 bags at $9 a bag to make $8. Yes you get all your money back and some free product in return. Just be prepared to have to wait up to two weeks to get reimbursed (depending on when you complete it and when the next payout is scheduled). But it’s an easy way to earn a little extra. Directions are well explained and easy to follow. I like the picture examples as well. Makes it even a little easier when you know what you’re looking for.

So far SurveyRetail is just okay. I've completed 2 of the new member cookie audits which were very easy to complete. However, I got on the waitlist for a store. The next morning it said it was available for me to claim within 12 hours. The 12 hours was NOT up when I tried to claim it but it said someone else already took the assignment. It put me back on the waitlist and the next time I looked I was off the waitlist again. This has happened probably 4 times with the same assignment. It also said it was available to claim this morning and when I tried to claim it, it was gone again. I'm not sure why they keep kicking me off the waitlist but I've tried to send a message to ask and at this point nobody has responded. If I could actually claim the jobs, I'm sure SurveyRetail would be great for a little extra cash to supplement your income. It's just frustrating when you want to do an assignment but keep having these issues.

Of all the companies and apps in this same category— surveys, in store assignments, etc— this one is by far the best. They have it together in every aspect— wide range of project types, reasonable time frames, lots of opportunities, great compensation for amount of time required, helpful support and feedback, and lots more. I’ve used a multitude of apps in this same category and completed a good amount of similar tasks to feel like I can say with full confidence there’s not another app or company that even comes close to the level of quality you’ll get with this one!

A lot of different jobs. Pay is too minimal for the multiple store jobs and they do not pay travel. If I complete 5 stores in one day I travel at least 60 miles and do not receive mileage. Those miles add up so you end up working for gas money. The only time you receive mileage is with resets and they hardly have those. I wanted to make this a full time work experience but I can barely afford 2 days a week. I've even tried going to locations when I'm in the area but that hasn't worked either because of mileage and then traffic. It would be great if they offered more merchandising jobs where projects took hours to complete instead of minutes then you could actually make money.

The SR application once was the top work for the Apps application. The pay along with the abundance of projects to choose and work from is quite lucrative.

The downfall that steals the thunder (even in the beginning when I started understanding the rhythm) is the poor communication from support or home/satellite office.

You would suddenly need assistance while on site working on a product thinking simple open the support link leave your question for the team to respond. So patiently you would wait a reply well an hour would pass and you’re like I’m bouncing. Days would pass with no correspondence.

It’s so bad now that I have questions on the support page that just are overlooked and don’t even get answered while a generic work message populates.

I do say try it- try and get a shot at it I’m sure you like it maybe the communication piece is Segregated just at target me. And if that’s the case I’ll just have to wait to see a turn in uppermanagement to see a brighter day at SR

I just want to take a minute to say how grateful I am for this company. I left my job and then recently found out I was pregnant with my second child. Between stress and being sick, finding a new job was not something I wanted to do. This company allows me to work and make enough money to maintain my family and I, and work around my busy life! Couldn't have found them at a better time! They are so flexible and easy to communicate with!

There is very little communication. What communication you do have is very unreliable. After performing numerous jobs for Survey over 2 years (many I was asked to do) they have all of a sudden started giving most of the work to someone else.
Projects will show available, you request then you are notified “you are waiting in line”. You never know if you are going to work or not. This used to be a great company until the last 6 months.
Survey is changing your star rating at a drop of the hat, even when it was their fault not yours.
Hope this will open other people’s eyes.

Survey Retail is an excellent part time income opportunity for those that are detailed oriented, know their community and enjoy talking to store managers and retail clients during demos. So far SurveyRetail has proven to be very useful for me, from clarity on everything contained within to excellent customer support from real time staff working behind it. Impressive!

I love it along with sister app MERCHANDISER. It is very easy to learn if you are not great on HT. INSTRUCTIONS ARE SOME OF THE BEST I HAVE EVER USED. At some point there is voice instructions that I loved, I remember them better than reading. It is above and beyond what I had expected. I use ipad2 and have downloaded and tried over 500 apps so I know what I am talking about. 5 stars to this great perfect app. Sue Sheehan

If you’re willing to work hard, have better than average attention to detail and can follow instructions, Retail might be for you.

Those willing to prove that they have what it takes will find limitless potential with Retail. You’ll have an opportunity to take on projects for a fair sum of money. The more you prove yourself, the better it gets.

The company behind SurveyRetail is credible. The project managers are fair and payments are exceedingly prompt. I couldn’t be happier with my Retail experience. It’s been a great experience and opportunity that I’m grateful for.

If you put in the work, you’ll reap the rewards.

I ran into a problem with my photos and payment. Amazingly, after investigating justice was served! I truly do appreciate it. As for the audit jobs that I completed, I must say, they were easy and simple. The stores was nearby which made the travel and pay worth it. Again, thank you!

Love this company, and you earn and progress based on how hard you work, quality, professional conduct and being on time, reliable and meeting deadlines. There are so many great opportunities, and I appreciate working with and for this company and the many clients we serve!

3 stars for a couple reasons:
1. The in store support has been great lately but before that has still left a bad taste in my mouth.
2. Would love to Have text pop ups about new jobs. I have to constantly scroll through them hourly to find new jobs.
3. Bring back where it shows you when there’s more than 1 job at a location your servicing.

I was contacted by service retail to complete a job 50 minutes from my home. I was promised mileage and full payment for the job. I should have been paid $30+ but instead received only $10. First time working with this company and was taken advantage of. Do not waste your time and gas. Many other apps and companies that pay what they promise. Avoid the headache and don’t work with this company.
