I had a blast shopping here on Saturday September 19, 2020. My friend invited me along and I found so many baby clothes for my new grand baby. The service by one of the cashiers was horrible. They need train her how to communicate with customers and how to stay focus on the order. The lady kept telling me her ride is outside as if I cared about this. Overall if you can ignore the poor customer service at checkout, this place is great.

MyRetailRebel itself is pretty basic. I’d like to see the transparency scanner added to it so we can look up product info all in one place. Also would be great to list location info and pricing structure. Love the store concept and always find a good deal.

MyRetailRebel is still very elementary; I suspect they will add more features in the future. It’s basic in that it only offers your current status and a link to a webpage to claim your place for in-store events.
That being said, so far so good.

Looking forward to seeing how the scan potion of MyRetailRebel works and trying out the reservations piece. I think it will be easier than using the previous system.

I love this store in KCK. Finding deals any day of the week. I have found some very high dollar items such as powerbeats pro by Dr Dre. It’s a great scavenger hunt. I try to visit the store every week.

Even with the price change of $10 on Saturdays this store is legit on finding gems. So it went up $5 🤷🏽‍♂️ I am not complaining because what I find is always more than $10. Sunday’s goes back to $5 each item. I don’t go on weekdays so I don’t have any complains on those days, but Saturday and Sunday with some people going the wrong way that is the only complaint I have. Belton store is 💯 everybody rocks there from managers to the employees.

The Belton Store is such a great place to shop, it’s helped me fix so many things around the house ! Like imagine your washer pump goes out and almost like magic the next week retail rebels has this pump . It doesn’t get any better than this! Also the Managers are some of the Coolest , upbeat , and respectful folks. They make you feel like your part of the Rebel Family! And all the Employees are so cool and helpful! Even the security staff is A1! Hope the Rebel store keeps Growing and brings a new level of Shopping to Belton and the world!

Great place to find hidden treasure and hot finds! Found an Apple Watch at the bottom of the bin at one location! Could spend several hours in there!

Always getting great stuff! Have found so many wonderful items, a couple iPads, Samsung watch. $450 final fantasy figure. You never know what you’re gonna find! I love this place! Also MyRetailRebel seems to be working very nicely and simple to use!

Yeah it is different and yes they are working the kinks out but I still enjoy it! I cannot wait to see what’s in store! I’m glad the new app is streamlining things very easy to use and less room for, for me time mess it up! Haha! Thank you a RR for making something good in a time of a lot of bad!
