Haven’t managed to open it, once. Which is great because they don’t actually pay for anything, anyway. So no need for an app when you have USPS sending all the bills.
Unable to view important information due to poor design. I was told in February they were aware of the issue. It is still not fixed in August.
i360miBenefits and the insurance is the worst.
1. Why can’t I see my updated deductible for 2023? I’ve been waiting 2 months to see a update for the year 2023. All the information I see is for the year 2022.
2. Why does it say I need to update i360miBenefits ? I deleted i360miBenefits and reinstalled i360miBenefits but it still says I need to update i360miBenefits .
App is always stuck on loading screen no matter what network I’m on or how fast the internet is ever since updating to iOS 18. Cannot do or see anything in i360miBenefits , so it’s basically useless at this point.
Super high co-pays, very limited acceptance by any healthcare facility, HDHP plan is a scam. Employer Pays $700+ monthly i pay $100+ monthly and doesn’t even cover simple lab work lol.
If your employer provides this as their option. Do yourself a favor and decline it, youre better off researching your own insurance
Was working until last update. Now it just freezes at the main screen
I have downloaded i360miBenefits and it says there is an update. I can not iodate because I do not have an account. I do not have an account because I can not update? Go figure!!
Very cool when it works, however that isn’t very often. I took a star away because I CANT EVEN LOG IN. It says session expired but I haven’t logged in via i360miBenefits in months. WTH?!
I was able to log in once. When I tried to file a claim, it said session expired and I can’t log back in anymore. It just froze.

App and online information is horrible. The logo even covers eob information making it unusable. Update doesn’t work and puts you into a vicious death spiral of Pete and repeat!

Hahahaa. I just deleted i360miBenefits since I could not log in. Re downloaded from Apple Store. Now an update is required. Tap to update, brings me back to the Apple Store. It’s a vicious circle. Like a circus. Similar to the entire Imagine 360 insurance company, one great big messed up circus !!!

i360miBenefits has been great for me and my family. All of our health plan info is available to us on the go with this easy to access app - ID Card, accumulators, claim info, plan info - you name it, it is there!
I was at the doctors office and forgot my insurance card. Then I remembered that I downloaded the miBenefits app and could get a digital copy of my insurance card. I asked the receptionist if I could email them my ID card, so I did just that from the waiting room. It was such a relief to have my ID card on my phone!
The i360 app is very helpful to have, especially if you need benefit information on the go. I can view my claims, EOBs and ID cards all from my phone. It’s super user friendly and easy to navigate.
Great app by a great company! The only health care company out there that works to save the member on health care costs.
