If you are 1) a producer or copyrighted material; 2) A consumer of copyrighted material with permissions for some usage; or 3) Someone using Apple Music et al without copyright permissions to make derivatives then read on. The agreement you sign says you grant MWM the rights to modify your content world wide. People in 2) and 3) cannot grant that. Most people in 1) have a copyright holder that wouldn't agree to that. Suggest you read section 5.1 in the terms of use -- part of it enclosed below. 5.1 Intellectual Property - License of use to MWM ... by using the App, you hereby grant to MWM a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free, non-sublicensable license to use and reproduce your User Content for the whole world, ... following purposes: (i) to share your User Content particularly in order for MWM to use, publish, adapt, modify and create derivative works based on your User Content ....

This app is not useful at all. You literally can’t use it without paying honestly. You only get a second to hear the song you picked before something pops up on the screen saying, “you reached your limit” “go pro” or whatever…and you can’t export anything without having a subscription either so it’s all just stupid. Don’t download this, it’s really a waste of your time🤦🏾‍♀️.

It'll only let you listen to ONE SECOND of a song before forcing you to pay for a monthly subscription. I understand having limits but how they do this makes it literally impossible to use without paying. All I wanted was to edit a short 15 second audio and I can't even do that. Useless, stay away.
