Close and restart the Vault app on iPhone
Update Vault app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Vault iPhone app

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Vault app issues:

Force Stop the Vault App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Vault app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Vault to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Vault App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Vault app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Vault.

Fix Vault unable to contact server/ Vault internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Vault » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Vault » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Vault on android.
