I’ve been trying to cancel for weeks and they took money out of my account anyways. Customer service is absolutely horrible I can’t get ahold of anyone to cancel my subscription

This is the most frustrating customer service. I’ve been trying to cancel my subscription for 2-3 months and haven’t gotten an answer, but I do get charge almost $30 dollars every month with a pretty email stating you can cancel anytime. Save yourself the headache and don’t even try the free trial. It is a nice app, yes it is, but when your customer service fails miserably Lovi is not enjoyable anymore.

You cannot talk to a live person. I completed the survey and existed out when it wanted to charge me. I never even signed up for an account. They took money out of my bank account through Apple Pay. I then had to download Lovi after emailing them to try and log in. It took me right back to completing a survey again. I’ve emailed them several times and they ask for a correct email and the last for of my card number. I keep getting the same email response after sending all the information. It’s all a robot response. I’ve read reviews from google and Reddit saying people had trouble just canceling their subscription that actually signed up. Yet her I am someone that never has and they just keep sending robot responses. This would be different if I actually signed up. My bank is considering this fraud and moving forward. Beware if you do sign up - google the reviews first!!!

There is NOT a free trial. You are charged immediately. I have been trying to cancel via Lovi and the website before I am charged again and keep getting an error message. I have emailed customer service and have not heard back from them.

This is a scam. You have to pay for a subscription to do anything. Even though ut says you have a free three day trial it doesn’t let you actually do anything with that trial beyond what you can already do with the free version. I signed up so I could scan my face because otherwise there is no way it’s catering to me given that it barely asked any questions to begin with. Not worth it for something that isn’t going to do any of the things it claims it will.

Not only that I cancel my trial before it expired and I was charged $100 without any direction as to how to cancel because nobody is responding, now Lovi won’t load for the last five days and there’s nobody to contact to fix it.
I’m calling my bank to dispute discharge and report fraud

I think the idea for Lovi is pretty cool! The way Lovi ACTUALLY is though seems like a cash grab that was made in a hurry. When you look at the page for a product, it will have a score on how well it suits the user, however, it gives different percentages depending on how you get to that page. It gives a lower score to products that I search, even if it’s in my recommended routine with a much higher score. (ex: It recommends COSRX’s Hydrium Watery Toner to me at 82%, then if I search it, it gives me a 62% fit.) Lovi crashes often and the face scans seem strange to me. The review does not take into account the 3D scan it just took of my face, just the initial picture. I don’t understand the point of this other than theatrics or training the AI for something else other than the usage of Lovi . I also don’t appreciate that the website I used to sign up for Lovi promises a report of some kind, but does not deliver in Lovi . I really regret paying for this, I don’t think it’ll do anything for me in the next month.

If you have an ample amount of money Lovi is great but not really for someone on a budget! You have to pay too much for too little

I think it was around 50 for the month and it will usually say to apply serum and moisturizer and then clean my face. I will complete a day and it won’t let me advice to the next day. So feels like a lot of glitches. If the price was that for the year that might be ok. But not for the month.

I have been using Lovi and yes I have seen a difference in my face at 46 years old…

Why I gave it 3 stars is because I find the price outrageous…

That’s the only person that I am going to talk about. I’m 55 years of age and I want to stay healthy and I want my skin to stay healthy and hydrated and this is one fantastic app that I really truly enjoy and I love this.

I love Lovi. It has step by step routine, easy to follow and I know the exact product to purchase for my skin type. The unbiased is a great part of the recommendation as well. Heart heart heart.

I scanned all the cosmetics I currently use, eventually I stopped using one oil as it actually was harmful for my skin. Didn’t try the rituals yet, but will do!

I love using Lovi it works well correction of movements are easily shown
Format layout font model timing is perfect lighting is in its correct place and every demonstration is easily seen.

I really like how they showed why certain products are good for my skin and how they showed me what to use for morning evening and night

I never really knew what I should do and shouldn't do with my face thankfully I stumbled onto Lovi. It was expensive but over time the price has leveled out now I can afford it.

My favorite app - no lie - went from having a ton of skin issues to having glass skin and understanding my skin better and what to use when for my skin specifically. If skincare is overwhelming or you struggle to know what to use give it a go. Only con is it’s down about a day every month

Im in love with this app. It helps me stay on track and so far my results have been great. So many people have commented on how well my skin is looking and it’s only been almost a week.
