This does not work you can add task and then it will put it in your calendar but you cannot sync either one of your calendars to ToDoListTasks waste of my money asked for a refund and was told I was not eligible for a refund.

There are better apps to use with Notion. Should have zero stars.

ToDoListTasks is a bootleg version of the Notion. I do not recommend ToDoListTasks. It integrates with iCal but you don’t need ToDoListTasks. Just write your tasks in iCal. I am disappointed in this product and will delete it. Waste of money.

It doesn’t let you long in other devices

I was really disappointed with ToDoListTasks because I love notion so much and use it for everything. I thought the developers would make sure ToDoListTasks can actually do something helpful (such as scheduling tasks, as its supposed to do) before putting it on the market. I connected it to my notion with some difficulty but once I had it connected it was just another view of my existing task list. I wish I didn’t spend $15 on something I could literally just make a table view for. I hope some a-hole manager on ToDoListTasks project made the developers unveil it before it was ready because if they put this out thinking it was finished they are 100% just trying to scam you.

I can’t add a task because I need a project but how the heck do you get a project. Just feels buggy

I don’t know exactly how I accidentally downloaded ToDoListTasks instead of the new calendar app created by Notion, but it tried to get me to pay on top of my existing Notion subscription and thankfully I didn’t do it! Worried that now it has my data (there is no option to delete y account data other than uninstalling ToDoListTasks ). Do not download! Just get the real Notion and Notion Calendar apps, they do everything this one proposes to help with.

There has to better apps out there then this. I paid for the pro version and no new features that were promised were unlocked. Asking Apple for a refund ToDoListTasks has to be a scam.

I’ve followed all instructions but there is no way that I can find to “invite” once the integration is created and I’ve added the connection to the database.

If someone can help me figure this out I’ll change my review but right now I’m wishing I’d kept my money.

I’ve purchased this and I’ve wanted to recommend it to my friends but I can’t. I’m a software developer and I’ve had my share of time with UX/UI development. This is a great idea and it solves a need but the execution is not great and is very buggy. I’m not sure if I’ll get a refund for this, but until all the bugs are ironed it, it’s just a cash grab right now. Avoid purchasing it until the reviews start improving.

I recently subscribed to the Notion UA app, enticed by its promising features and potential for enhancing my productivity. However, my experience with ToDoListTasks subscription and its accompanying API token system has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing.

First and foremost, ToDoListTasks requires a subscription fee of $2.99, which I willingly paid in hopes of unlocking ToDoListTasks 's full functionality. Unfortunately, it quickly became apparent that the subscription fee did not translate into a smooth user experience.

The primary issue I encountered was with ToDoListTasks 's API token system. Despite following the specific directions provided by ToDoListTasks , including clicking on the details and attempting both the internal token paste and the developer dashboard integration token method, I consistently received an error message related to the API token. This meant that I was unable to fully utilize ToDoListTasks 's API features, which greatly limited its usefulness to me.

I reached out to customer support for assistance, but the responses were slow and unhelpful. They provided generic troubleshooting steps that I had already attempted, and it felt as though they were not genuinely invested in resolving my issue. This lack of responsiveness and support added to my growing frustration.

As a paying subscriber, I expected a more seamless and user-friendly experience, especially considering ToDoListTasks 's advertised capabilities. It is incredibly disappointing that even after investing time and effort into understanding and following the provided instructions, I was unable to access the API features that initially drew me to ToDoListTasks .

Given the significant inconvenience and lack of support I encountered, I cannot recommend the Notion UA app subscription to others. Until the issues with the API token system are addressed and a more reliable customer support system is implemented, I believe there are better alternatives available in the market.

I hope that the developers behind the Notion UA app take these concerns seriously and work towards improving the user experience for their subscribers.

ToDoListTasks is confusing and hard to set up.

Keep crashing when I try to connect to my notion, which means ToDoListTasks useless

I couldn’t find a way to use it. It is not right to ask for pay before it gets done. It never work anyway. This is untrustworthy app. Don’t use it. Please cancel my purchase.

Bought the pro version. Followed all instructions but the integration doesn't work. Continuously says I haven't shared the database even though it clearly shows in my Notion that it is connected.

Wrong app, notion is a different app, couldn’t figure out how to close my paid account. Couldn’t find the terms of my paid and what it covered. Subscription not found in apple.

Was promising but doesnt work as advertised. Setting up the integration didnt sync my Notion to anything. Also, when setting up the Calendar, theres no permission setup in the settings app to allow NotionUA to read and update my calendar. Please fix these bugs. I'd like to use an app with this functionality

After the “integration”, nothing happens. I so can’t see my motion on ToDoListTasks or viceversa

Downloaded this thinking it was the new Notion Calendar. Gave it a try anyway. There no way to sync with other task programs as advertised. Buyer beware!

I found it misleading that ToDoListTasks states it integrates with Apple reminders (in images on app page). It doesn’t. I did get the integration. With notion set up, however, two main problems. 1) ToDoListTasks doesn’t work with “status” property in a notion database and (2) in ToDoListTasks UI, there is no way to filter out tasks

I LOVED ToDoListTasks when i first started using it, but it has a longggg way to go before it can keep up with a freelancer’s brain. I’ve only been using it for about a month and it’s developed a 15- to 20-second delay for each keystroke! It’s like using dial-up internet; it doesn’t work nearly fast enough to keep up with my ADHD brain. Also, the feedback button on ToDoListTasks only allows you to email Customer Service if you use the Mail app on iphone, which I do not. It would be nice to have a Troubleshooting section in ToDoListTasks

i got really excited seeing this, as i’d hoped it would allow me to integrate my google calendar and notion calendar, putting old notion events onto my google calendar as well as updating new ones. unfortunately it doesn’t seem to work, and i can only get it to add new events if i add them through ToDoListTasks . additionally, the feedback button is broken and the FAQ and features sections on the documentation notion contain no information that i can use to troubleshoot. until these issues are addressed, i’ll have to look elsewhere.

Why can’t I adjust the time so that it’s not in military/UTC time? Thats confusing to me. Seems like there are very few ways to customize the features so that they work for your preferences.
